The only thing that made our experience good was our waiter- she was very attentive and kind considering our experience arriving. The girl that works at the front desk was nowhere to be seen and kept disappearing and about three other people were waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to check in because she was talking in the hallways with another girl or just overall leaving her post instead of tending to people when they’ve been waiting. Making a reservation seems pointless considering our reservation was at 1:30 and we didn’t get seated until 155, didn’t really seem like they gave a sh*t about our time nor did they try to accommodate for the bad experience. Very bad attitude overall with the girls at the front.

The food was not good. Neither was the service. For the price of food and drinks, I expected good service and quality food. Nor did they adjust the price for the poor quality of food.

Wonderful ambience for New Years, but execution was bad. Waited too long even with a reservation and food arrived out of order and cold. But it is understandable given that it was a Holiday.

Horrible. The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I will never return, and will tell all my friends to avoid this place. How is it it took 3 hours to be served? My party couldn’t enjoy the NYE festivities. The orders were wrong. Silverware was missing, and managers couldn’t organize their staff for a NYE event. There is absolutely no excuse. Several parties left for the same reason.
