A very good option for those on the Westside looking to dine out. Nicely remodeled when the Century Plaza Hotel underwent the extensive facelift. Predictably good food, friendly servers, a menu with something for everyone and moderate pricing.

Quality of the food was excellent. The wines by the glass are ridiculously expensive. My friend ordered a Chardonnay without lookin at the wine list because he didn't like the selection of red wines by the glass. The bill arrived the California Chardonnay was $35 RIDICULOUS...he was brought the most expensive white wine on the wine list. Diner beware...look at the menu before ordering. Otherwise everything else was good. Next time I go I will do lunch and have Ice Tea. My Pinot Noir Californian was $25..again never saw the wine list but all the french wines were not to my liking. I guess that is the deal..overcharge for California wines and charge less for mediocre french wines. Oh well....

Nice dinner with very pleasant staff/service. Not too busy but it was a midweek meal. Note that valet parking for dinner, even with validation, is still $20!

I thought it was alright. I was craving the duck confit and unfortunately, they had taken it off the menu just in time for me to go to dinner. I thought the food was more than adequate. Wouldn't say great. They could use a tarte flambee on the menu.

What a great dinner! We sat at the bar and had a wonderful bartender, Tan ... who was just great. He made a great margherita and took good care of serving our dinner, he could not have been nicer - and a nice conversation. The halibut was perfect, the lamb sugo also perfect, and the pistachio salad excellent, the shrimp cocktail too, HUGE shrimp, and plenty of them. For desert we had the coconut/banana cake with some pineapple, was light and delicious and a nice treat to end our perfect night Special props to Tan for being 5-STAR, a perfect dinner in a great place. *We just got home from Paris, so it was nice to have some great French inspired food here in LA!

The food was absolutely superb. I have the gem wedge salad with blue cheese, lardons and crème fraiche dressing. The chicken breast with chanterelle mushrooms, chipolini onions and a sauce I couldn’t name. The chicken was juicy and the flavor of the mushrooms was not lost in the sauce. Banana cake for dessert. I’m coming back! The only complaint I had was there was a other party there that was extremely loud and it was hard to hear my conversation with my friend but they settled down.

We had a wonderful Saturday brunch at Lumiere. Our waiter Christophe was very attentive and made some wonderful suggestions. We had the oyster/shrimp/crab plate to start which was incredibly fresh and delicious and then I had the croque monsieur and my husband the steak frites. Both were done to perfection. The patio is a garden oasis in the middle of Century City, and although we didn't eat indoors, the tables were nicely spaced for privacy and atmosphere a charming French bistro. Highly recommend!

Everyone who works there is wonderful and so inviting and this is why I keep coming back and are incredible waiter Enrique was absolutely fabulous. He made the Birthday lunch so enjoyable. I had a wonderful salmon dish with fennel and asparagus and my dear friend/sister had a wonderful salad. Let’s not even talk about the birthday dessert just incredible.

This is a mystery. Lovely ambiance but nobody is there! Had a cocktail after having to wait forever -bartender just standing around. Sent back one drink made improperly. Then left bec it was so depressing being in an empty place. So cannot really comment on food but noticed two guys in kitchen doing nothing and appearing totally disinterested in their job. Maybe the $17.00 parking after validation is a non-starter.

Excellent food in a very nice setting with a side patio and lots of light on the inside. Service was very good even though they were somewhat understaffed. Portions generous, attractive presentation. Everything very fresh and nicely seasoned.

Lumiere is a great find inside the Fairmont Century Plaza hotel. This french brassiere is delightful. The french onion soup is outstanding. A craveable dish you’ll return for. We had a light meal with a great fresh salad, baguette made on site. Friendly and attentive service from the valet to the hostess to the server. Decor is stunning with some authentic historic pieces mixed with a modern french brasserie feel. If you cant get the message into your favorite place, come here. I noticed business is slow for them because hotel occupancy is down. So this is a great find. PS: There’s live music in the lobby most nights.
