I was seated for 20 minutes and no waiter came by to ask me if I wanted anything even though 3 of them were chatting at the bar. Finally I walked over and asked them if I needed to order at the bar. They said that someone would be with me shortly. I finally was able to place my order. The food was okay but nothing special. Would not go back and don’t recommend it.

Chicken liver mousse and shrimp cocktail were excellent, as were the short ribs and the creme brulee. The scallops entree wasn't done as I requested, which is the only reason for the 4 food rating. Service was friendly and prompt. We like what they've done with the space.

How have I slept on this place for two years? Saw Lumiere in an Eater article after struggling to find a Monday reservation. Looked great so why not try it? Everything from the dining room, service, noise level and food at our dinner was top notch! For the quality, I’d say the menu (and corkage policy) is very reasonably priced. It’s all details in fine dining. From baguette and butter, to the crust on the chateaubriand, everything was spot on. Great French food!

We celebrated our anniversary and we were treated very special. Our waiter “Spencer” is a true professional. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our dinner, dessert and wine were great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter was Robert… he was very professional, very affable, polite, and almost stuff, like unobtrusive, and added to our dining experience. He answered our questions when I asked, gave great recommendations, and was overall a wonderful example of what a very good waiter is supposed to be the floor manager for the restaurant the evening we dined was named Toby and he was very nice and asked us how our experience was and we were very happy to inform him. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks in a large part to Robert and the amazing food. The French onion soup was probably the best I’ve ever had anywhere, and I’ve had it in France, but this was right up there, and actually to be honest tasted better than what I got in Europe. The escargot was fantastic! I especially loved it because I wasn’t left with any garlic aftertaste, which is what you usually get when you go to a substandard restaurant but the escargot at the Lumiere was in a word… Delightful ! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend, don’t pass up the chance to eat at the Lumiere .

Celebrated my sons birthday at this venue. The hotel ambience & decor were absolutely beautiful. The valet staff were excellent, a BIG shout out to Christian! The food and drinks were delicious and good quality. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Lumiere Brasserie!

It's very much a "hotel restaurant" complete with families with babies screaming and banging their silverware, business people getting drunk at the bar, and a rather generic menu. All of which would be fine if it weren't so over priced. I would only eat there, MAYBE if I was staying in the hotel. Even then, there are better restaurants in the mall across the street.

I celebrated my sister BD here. It was my 1st time eating at this restaurant. Didn’t know what to expect culture/ethnicity wise entering restaurant with 4 loud African American females, Surprisingly it was great. Everyone was so inviting and the food was excellent. The atmosphere felt upscaled and dignified and the Hostess & Manager made my sister’s BD celebration amazing.. lol she was even extended a round of BD drinks from Mgmt. I can’t make this incredible experience up, it was much more than we all expected- especially on a last minute decision to eat there. I wanted to share photos however the app wasn’t working properly for me to upload

It took 3 hours to receive main course which was cold, messy plating and to complete I was unable to eat it. Seemed chefs & line cooks were not prepared for this menu and they were severely understaffed with our server unable to attend I had to get up to place drinks & any additional requests. ‘Manager promised to reach and to rectify and did not. Horrible experience.
