Chef Alexander Abate has created an exciting menu featuring Baked Truffle Oysters, variety of tasty bowls and delicious meat and vegetarian options. Our drink menu features fun twists on your favourite classics, a carefully curated wine list and lots of bubbles for brunch! We carry a rotating selection of local craft beer and bottled staples perfect for every mood and occasion. Great service and ambience. Appetizers (beet salad) was excellent, branzino did not quite hit the mark but steak was decent. Service was fantastic and reasonably priced. Overall a good experience.

If not for Summerlicious, we wouldn't have known this phenomenal and underrated place in Etobicoke. A friend lives around the area so I decided to find a restaurant close by. Was a little bit skeptic that I will find a good restaurant outside downtown Toronto. And boy was I glad that we went outside of our comfort zone! Lume Kitchen & Lounge totally blew up our mind with its exceptional food quality, beautiful ambiance and outstanding service. We decided to get different appetizers to try but my fave was the Brussel Sprouts coz it's seriously good. Perfectly roasted and crispy brussel sprouts with creamy hummus and labneh is such a delicious combination. And with the addition of the sweet drop peppers and toasted walnuts - you know you have a winning dish here. For our mains, we ordered the Bolognese and Vegan Pappardelle Pasta and another friend ordered the Fish & Chips. The flavours in each of these dish were perfectly balanced and all ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. We were also surprised that they give massive portion sizes. Not complaining, but for the price we paid it was totally worth it. The New York Cherry Cheesecake is everything a cheesecake should be - rich, creamy and holy cow was sooo good! The Strawberry Romanoff is very refreshing and just the right sweetness - a tasty treat to beat the summer heat. This restaurant also prides itself in providing prompt and efficient service. Alma the server assigned to us was simply the best. She's friendly, attentive and checks up on us all the time which ensured a positive dining experience for us. We can tell she's passionate with her work since she genuinely enjoys interacting with her customers. Kudos also to all the staff especially to Chef Alex. Aside from developing delectable and unique dishes, Chef Alex also manages to interact with his customers which gives a personal touch to a customer's experience. We will definitely be back soon and can't recommend this place highly enough.

Food was good, value was okay but the overall experience was marred by the fact that they were very slow with their service. Either the staff was incompetent or short of people. Regardless, there's no excuse for this, even the continual comment by our waitress appologizing for the slow service.

My friend and I had an unforgettable experience last night at Lume. We wanted to check out the summerlicious menu and upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff who seated us at our table. It was extremely busy, which is always a great sign! Once our server came to take our order, they mentioned that they have half price bottles of wine. We appreciated that very much since we were also trying their summerlicious menu. We had the Brussels sprouts and shrimp as appetizers. Absolutely delicious! Our main course was the AAA flat iron steak and lobster Ravioli- absolutely amazing! For dessert we chose the New York cheesecake and it didn’t disappoint. The ambiance was both relaxing and vibrant. We ended up socializing with the guests seated at the next table from us and it was fantastic! What blew us away most, was how chef Alex went out of his way to make sure our experience was perfect. He made us feel like valued customers and took the time to chat with us and check in on us throughout the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant for the excellent food quality, exquisite service and amazing atmosphere. You have to check it out! Many thanks! We will be back very soon!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We waited over 40 minutes just to get an appetizer, and during that entire time the waitress never checked on us once. We had to flag her down just to ask for water, and even then, no one noticed or cared that our glasses stayed empty most of the night. I ordered the lobster ravioli, but without informing me, they served a completely different pasta dish because they ran out of ravioli. Not only was I not given the option to choose something else, but the lobster wasn’t even properly cleaned, making the dish unpleasant. To top it off, the dessert came out already melting, clearly it had been sitting out too long before reaching our table. Overall, the service was careless, the food poorly executed, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the experience they were providing. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, it’s not worth your time or money.

Our 3 course meal took 5 hours to come through thanks to no server being assigned to us from the beginning. We opted for the summerlicious menu. The food was only average. We had to wait for at least 1-1.5 hrs before we reminded someone and then got served some cold mush between the 3 courses. I ordered the New York cheese cake for dessert and after a lonnnng wait, I was told they ran out of it and my choices were a tart and a crème brûlée. What did come absolutely promptly was the cheque! Just a frustrating evening where we left still hungry and disappointed

This restaurant is incredible. The girl who greeted us at the front was friendly and thoughtful. Each staff there was happy and the food was delish! But, huge shout out to our waitress Rosemary who was absolutely amazing in every single way! My family can’t thank you enough for making my mother’s 71st birthday celebration so special! Bravo Lume!
