   Highly recommended for date night. Perfect lighting and ambiance for romance. Excellent service, amazing cocktails, and outstanding food. 5 stars

   The location and ambience of this restaurant is great. It’s very close to the beach. The staff are very attentive. Perhaps we ordered wrong but we both got the lobster. It was $30usd. It was quite small and difficult to eat.

   It had been really bad experience since the beginning. We arrived at time 8:25pm and there wasn’t no one to attend us. No host at the entering so we had been waiting if there any one that would show up but no one of course show up. So we decided to enter and look for the waiter maybe he could help us. But they were only 2 waiter, rudes on their way even when they were asking for our booking, that at the beginning they didn’t find… then they gave us a last table available that was inside, and it is so ugly inside the atmosphere and sad… but we seat just because was my boyfriend birthday. We were taking a look at the menu and the second waiter come to tell us that the chef is delayed so maybe we had to wait for so long like more than 1 hour for the food… so that sound really insane and we decided to move in an other place and we did and we spent the best time there I really recommend 4 elements. The experience is amazing and the food is so delicious too. Go and visit 4 elements on the 38th in playa del Carmen.

    We enjoyed eating outside. The fish fillet was outstanding and the salad generous. We were a bit put off by the waiter who seemed to be not very interested in serving us, even upset by us for no reason we can think of, but focused on a young woman nearby! But we do highly recommend this restaurant.
