Set a pebble's skim from the iconic Lulworth Cove, our all-day ground floor bistro serves contemporary food sourced from the local ingredients.

For lunch service we offer our seasonal ‘a la carte’ menu and a nibbles / sandwich menu, so please drop by for a crab sandwich or cream tea on the terrace. Dogs are welcome on the terrace as well as in the restaurant.

We are sorry to say we are unable to take reservations for the outside seating area, however you can always just walk in !

The food was good, but not great and I found the service poor. With the prawn starter you get a finger bowl but no empty dish/plate for the shell to be discarded. The seafood linguine has prawns and muscles in their shell, no dish/plate to discard or finger bowl to clean up. Simple things that distract from having a good time out enjoying the food and location.

I opted for the lobster with garlic butter for my main course, it was absolutely delicious. Served with a lovely salad and skinny fries. Scallops as a starter, cooked to perfection. Friendly staff and excellent service.

We had a delicious meal at Lulworth Lodge. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and it was great that we could bring our dog along. The food was of exceptional quality, and it felt like a real treat. The decor and surroundings were also beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a special meal.

Staff were all very polite and attentive, food was delicious. We had a drink outside before and after our meal, weather was lovely and so was the overall atmosphere - not too busy either which was nice considering it could have very easily become overcrowded as the beach was packed during the day! Would certainly recommend .

Perfect meal for our special anniversary. We appreciated the complimentary dessert - what a lovely gesture to help us celebrate! The team were so friendly and the food was excellent.

Really nice feel inside the bistro decor just how I like it and clean too. Lovely service from the Waiting g staff and the Lobster, fries and salad I treated myself to was fantastic. The wine was really good too and perfectly went with the dish. Eating there again tonight. Can’t wait!!

We had a very enjoyable evening with excellent service . Particular mention to Ellie who managed a busy restaurant with authority, natural care for the customer and a lovely demeanour.
