I booked this for my birthday for my partner and I as I’d been before and enjoyed it and wanted him to have the experience but sadly I was extremely disappointed on this occasion. I couldn’t fault the food that was delicious but the service was extremely poor. The waiting time was long. Also I asked three different people for a jug of water and that never came to the table. Who asks for water? That should be automatically offered when ordering first drinks. As for value for money, no I don’t think so at all. Expensive for what we had. Very unhappy customers.

The food was delicious, really worth the 5 stars. Staff were excellent and super accommodating. We asked for a quieter table as we were sat by a speaker and they moved us straight away. It’s quite a loud restaurant but it’s beautifully decorated and I would 100% go again. It is pricey but it is in Brindley Place so I guess location is a factor . Vey much enjoyed our meal

We booked a table for 5pm on a Saturday evening. It was very noisy and lively on arrival, but this did settle after a bit. Didn’t realise we would be charged nearly £5 for a bottle of water. Service was very good although sometimes a little too quick to take our plates. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was very well presented and freshly cooked. Thoroughly enjoyed our food, although I felt it was a little overpriced. Generous portions of rice, ideally we could have shared one and had another starter instead.

Excellent quality of food, we waited a while between starter and main which ordinarily wouldn’t have mattered but we had a show so we weren’t able to do dessert.

Four of us came to Lulu Wild on a Saturday evening as a surprise for my friend's birthday. Unfortunately, the service was not great at all, we had to ask multiple times for drinks, water for the table, our orders to be taken, they brought the wrong drink, it then took a further 40 minutes before that person could get the right drink. I then brought a cake and some candles to surprise my friend, which the team thought they had lost the cake, and it took another half hour to find it. We were waiting around for so long for everything and the staff weren't attentive enough, to the point, we even cleared our own table for glasses because nobody cleared them, and we removed the leftover plates at the end, so we could have a nice picture of my friend and her cake. The manager was polite and apologised, however, not the service I'd expect for food that isn't cheap. I have to say, the food however, was delightful! Couldn't fault anything about it!
