So much fun and great advice - loved our drinks too!
Everything was great except the air conditioner was broken so it was extremely hot in the restaurant.
Very good food, wonderful staff and nice ambiance!
We tried a number of appetizers and shared two entrees for five people. Cocktails were excellent, as well as burrata, Spanish octopus, salads, lamb and fish. We asked them to filet the whole fish, which they did for us. We had an infant with us and they were very understanding and accommodating. Everything was prepared very well and delicious! I'm going back!
Great service, food., drinks Just too warm inside
Our dinner at Lulu Kitchen was good. The drinks and the service were very good. The food was good but none of us was blown away by any of our entrees and it is very expensive for what you get.
We had been many times before the pandemic and felt disappointed this time. The food doesn’t warrant the prices Our server was attentive and the atmosphere is very nice but we felt the meal was very overpriced both in terms of taste and quantity (other than the chicken which was plentiful). I will not be rushing back.
Great food and excellent staff.
Came in thinking food would be excellent . Ambience was excellent but food was average for the price tag .
The food is very fresh and comforting. The sauces and seasonings are all a wonderful compliment. Service is very good.
This was our first visit here. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our server Omar was on point and the overall service was excellent. Definitely will be back when visiting Sag Harbor. Steak Tartare and Mussels as appetizers. Outstanding! Monkfish and Buttermilk Chicken for entrees and these were equally delicious. Wonderful evening!
Waited 35+ minutes to be seated for a 9pm reservation, even though there is $50 pp charge for cancelling under 24 hours to res. No complimentary anything as a result, just a “we’re backed up” excuse. Signature Heirloom cauliflower was terrible; no seasoning. Grilled fussiloni was drowning in tomatoes; burrata saved it. Tuna tartare was good, however. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things, but the wait time on top of an already late reservation ruined the whole experience.
Great food !! Def would come back
We were so excited about revising Lulu's - one of our favourite places out East. Food was disappointing, service brusque and incredibly loud...$250 bill for two for a very mediocre meal. Couple of cocktails we had were great through!
It was everything that we could have wanted
Absolutely the highlight of our trip...we went to 6 different restaurants in 3 days in Sag Harbor and yours is the one to come back over and over again...Fathu our server was outstanding.....the food was to die for....she made us feel welcome amd special ....she really made our meal one of a kind ! Thank you to everyone! I am raving to everyone!!
We had frequented the restaurant often before March 2020 so we were excited to return after almost 15 months. Food still excellent, service still excellent but the prices have been increased, beyond what we thought was reasonable.
Great night! Thank you…
Perfect dinner and service !
Excellent service and amazing chef. The octopus is outstanding.
My only complaint is that this restaurant seemed over priced. Particularly the wine list. Having said that, the food was very good. The grilled Fusilloni was a very interesting new twist on a pasta dish. The Profiteroles were a very good rendition of a classic old favorite.
It was nice. Prices a bit high but thats to be expected in sag. Portions were very large
I have to give this restaurant an overall good for the great service and ambience, but the food simply isn't what it used to be. Some of the menu options we liked have disappeared, and the dishes we did pick were pretty bland. The pasta with burrata was literally tasteless and its hard to understand why a restaurant that prides itself on its vegetable offerings has a bibb salad with a blah dressing and little else as first course (all other salads/veggie starters are for 2-3. ) They don't offer the classic woodfired pizzas on the dinner menu and we didn't see the burger either (possibly you can ask for them) Again, its very convivial and I actually like the Covid-era plexi barriers between tables- like being in a private booth with a view. I would go again but maybe do lunch or brunch where the menu is more interesting and diverse.
Warm inside because we got there as it opened but fabulous grilled octopus and the other food was great too. Definitely worth a trip
TOP as always
The food was very smokey, almost overdone
Lovely dining experience on the back porch. The set up there is so breezy and refreshing. Our server was cool, friendly and informative. Drinks were delicious, I had the Lulu. The shrimp cocktail and grilled chicken main entree were perfect. My friends both had steaks & were not in love with the cuts but liked their fries. All of the desserts were yummy, I wish I had another banana trio now. Can’t wait to return.
Always Love the food, vibe and energy here. Also has a great bar if you want to pop in for a drink.
I’ve been here before and had a great lunch, salad pizza apps-but this time the menu has changed, less options and prices were high. The meal was subpar- the pasta tasted like a bonfire and the chicken had very little flavor. Sadly very disappointed-
I had a good experience in general . The Mananger is great, the host no too good but I understand she need a open table. Thank you 🙏
My husband and I have dined at Lulu’s many times and always love it. A favorite! Last night was WOW! The soup of the day was inventive, fresh and delicious!! The wood grilled fusilli? AMAZING!! Flavorful, unique. One of the BEST meals I’ve ever had. Service is always top notch, too. Attentive and friendly staff. Thank you, Lulu’s!
Consistently amazing food, service, and ambiance. Lulu would be comfortable at the top of Manhattan restaurants and it certainly sits on the top of the Sag Harbor dining experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant for anyone in search of a high-end dining experience.
I love everything about this place!
We were a tad late getting out of the house as my 86 year mom has some
Mobility issues . They couldn’t have been nicer as we walked in 1/2 hour late! To a packed restaurant, as I saw them turning folks away at the door. Our server was full of energy and engaging and the food was delicious everyone sampled everyone’s dishes they were so good.
I go out very weekend and was a little surprised by pricing as it was more than topping rose and 1770 house but Will surely to back
The setting is nice; we ate outside so can't speak to noise level inside.
Limited choice on salads, and most are for two people and pretty expensive. The salad (one without hummus) was large, but pretty dull; it only had Bibb lettuce when there are so many other types available. We were told the dressing was lemon but it only tasted of balsalmic vinegar, which I don't like so wish I had known. For $32, meh.
Main courses of fish and steak were very good, as was the bread served with the meal, again very pricey, even for the Hamptons.
The wine for $18 a glass seemed extremely stingy to me, sort of infuriating. Service was warm and attentive.
Had guests visiting and they always want to go to LuLu. Lunch, dinner and lots of options for food preferences. Great staff and ambience. Finished our evening with espresso martinis about the best I have had. Branzino is my fan favorite and the gazpacho soup was amazing last night. Great night!
We had the best Father’s Day brunch! Thank you!
Always so welcoming. Our server was awesome and enjoyed our meal. Love this place.
Would eat here every night when out in Sag, best food and service!
I made this reservation for my boss and his wife. They said the food was amazing and so was the service. However it was very loud and hard to hear one another. Unfortunately they will not go back because of the noise, but they would still recommend dining here to others who don’t mind the loud music.
