LuLu’s is always consistant with their good service and level of food. The waiters are courteous and attentive!
I always enjoy my time there! My request for booth seating was fulfilled with best spot in the house!
We had a great table, delicious food and a lovely waiter.
Never had a bad meal, their menu has something for everyone, prices are wonderful and all for the food they serve. You can never go wrong eating at LU LU's. If you know you are going to have Breakfast Lunch or Dinner make sure you make a reservation, if you show up without one it can take more than an hour to get seated.
Food and service was good. My only negative was no Diet Coke, only Diet Pepsi?? Most restaurants this size offer anything you want. Quite surprising. (And yes.... I’m one of “Those” militant Diet Coke drinkers)
Lulu is always good but not anything great.
We usually try to dine at LILU. whenever were in the PS area...maybe three or four times a year.
We dined at LuLu Tuesday night and my wife ordered a Marguerita...it was horrible. Tasted like pure alcohol so she sent it back for a light beer. I ordered an ice tea and was never offered a refill. Sever took our order and then we never saw Jim until he brought the beer and finally our bill.....wow, what service!
I had a business breakfast there on Wednesday at 9 am and ordered an omelette and got the wrong one so they finally brought the right one.
My guest finished his breakfast before I got mine. I should have just cancelled my order rather than eating in front of him.
Lulu used to be very good but I think they’ve slipped a bit the last three or four times we’ve been there. There are lots of alternatives in PS and east desert.

We came and ate at LULU for the first time and would NEVER come back. Our meals were absolutely disgusting. Shrimp were not deveined in the Gazpacho. Then the seafood Benedict arrived and it had canned crab meat in it. My boyfriend asked for eggs and corned beef. The corned beef was canned when it stated homemade. The eggs were uncooked two times in a row. The waiter stated that three tables had complained about the kitchen as well. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Bottom line do not believe the positive reviews.
Let me begin by saying that the food and our waitress, the manager and the busboy were AMAZING!!!! I was pleasantly surprised because my first impression was that it was going to be a bad experience. I say this because our hostess was extremely rude. I had made the reservation online and included a note saying that we would be bringing two children under the age of 2... apparently our hostess didn’t get the memo. I arrived with my great aunt and my niece (2 years) and nephew (8 months) in a stroller. We were very polite about our needs, but our hostess even went so far as to roll her eyes at us. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she was so rude. We totally felt like we were burdening her by needing a table where we could sit two small children with us. Our 8 month old stayed in his carrier. I didn’t dare ask for a booster seat.
Despite the rough start, our waitress was so nice and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. I can say the same for the manager and the bus boy too.
All in all, I would recommend Lulu and I would come again. Although I’ll probably choose another restaurant when my family comes to town.
It's a great place to eat, people watch or just enjoy the atmosphere
The booth was quite private which was fantastic. The view of the kitchen, less so. The gazpacho was chocked full of shrimp and the chocolate covered strawberries were heavenly. Highly recommend but go with reservations as we always do.
Great spot! We were seated in the patio area and it was a perfect night. Our server, Amy, was awesome! We took advantage of their 4 course special for a few in our party. The hubs devoured his rack of lamb, I didn’t even get a chance to sneak a bite! I had the wedge salad, which was great, and shrimp cocktail, also yummy. Lulu is a vibrant, fun spot!
After living in Palm Springs for a few years I finally decided to try out LuLu's a week ago. I was so impressed, I took friends 5 days after my first visit.
The food is great, the pricing a bargain for a nice place in Palm Springs and there is Parking in back of the restaurant.
I confess I tried the Early Bird Special with my friends for a modest $16.95 for a 3 course meal. We all upped it by $4.00 by having there steak. The steak was PRIME meat and was delicious. For a salad, the main course which included vegetables and potatoes then a desert (the chocolate flourless cake was a 10) and at $21.00 can't be found anywhere else in this town!
What do I think of it? I scored, it's one of my new must restaurants I am telling guests that stay in my Airbnb.
Frequent lulus every time I’m in Palm Springs. Absolutely love their food, service and atmosphere . Food is absolutely to die for and has never disappointed us. 100% recommend this beautiful restaurant!
We dined at Lulu after a morning hike with 2 kids and a dog. Service was great, much needed cocktails delicious, and food tasty. The enormous cotton candy was a particularly huge hit. Would definitely recommend!
Tasteless food that is mass produced. Not sure why this place is so popular. It’s a large restaurant with a overwhelming menu which should indicate that they don’t take care with their food making. The fact that the food is served 1 min after ordering was another indication. There are much better choices in downtown Palm Springs than this place.
Always good food and great service in a very hip atmosphere.
We love your food... always a bit loud for us, but the food and service are amazing!
Food was fabulous but our bread was not served until after our desert! That was very surprising and disappointing
Excellent du debut à la fin avec une île flottante exceptionnelle
Great restaurant in the heart of Palm Springs but very, very busy - so if you go use open table to make reservations cause you'll wait forever to be seated. Prices are reasonable and drinks are great but a bit noisy.
The service was not to the standards of previous visits. The misses are too numerous to spell out here.
I am a local in PS for 20 years. They were way too busy to give good service that night, understaffed. No drink refills. None. Did not check back on us at all to see if we wanted additional items. The waiter and support staff were pleasant enough, however, when they took the order and brought the food. Had to ask for bread and bread plates. They did offer us coffee or dessert at the very end. We kept ourselves occupied (4 of us). It would have been horrible for a single diner. Food was good. I don't recommend going when it is busy there, pass it up for a more quiet place. There are tons of good restaurants in Palm Springs, even on this same strip of Palm Canyon Drive.
We made a reservation for an outside table and they said they have a hard time accommodating this request so keep this in mind. We ended up waiting an extra 30 mins for outside dining. Service was ok.
The atmosphere was nice but the service was lacking. I had to ask for the glass of wine I ordered three times and it didn’t arrive until after well into my entree. In addition our salads were flavorless with no care put into the presentation. Great people watching but will not be recommending this place.
Meh - not great. Below average across the board; banquet hall food
I have been to Lulu's about 5 times, and this time I was not as satisfied with the quality of my dinner or service. The last 4 times, the food quality was consistent, and the service was on par. However, this time, I didn't have the same experience. Hope that Lulu's recognizes this and maintains their high level of standards that they historical had, and don't allow waiter's service, or food quality diminish. Customers will find another location, including myself. I'll be back again. The filet mignon is awesome!
We discovered Lulu's while enjoying the Thursday Night Street Fair/Art Market. The line was significant and we were tired but made plans to return for breakfast the next day. We arrived around 10:30 and were immediately seated in the outside area we requested. The restaurant was full but there was a steady flow of people in and out. The ambiance, decor and people-watching were truly fantastic. As was the meal. The gentleman who initially attended the table and took our drink orders was attentive and friendly. The server who came to take our orders was impersonal. She did not take much interest in us and I don't remember any polite conversation outside of the order we placed. We would most definitely return and recommend Lulu's to others. Overall, a 5 star occasion...pity the waitress was so disinterested.
Fabulous food and service
The restaurant was very busy due to the great weather and the Thursday street fest. Overall a good experience, got seated within 10 minutes of reservation time. The team could have done a better job being aware of how close the tables are when we mentioned we needed room for a stroller. We had to ask multiple guests to move their chair to allow us access to the table they were taking us to. In hindsight the host should have mentioned we could go around through the patio "exit" which would have made access easier.
Food was okay. Service was slow. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Get food and service
Always an amazing spot for business lunch. My server was Top notch and the best! Thank you Lulul!!!
Wonderful staff made our birthday girl feel special. Thank you !
The best eggs Benedict I have had so far. Great cappuccino! They accommodated us with breakfast although they were about to close their breakfast menu.
Claudia was new and a terrific server. Always fun and a great value.
First time the food was not 5 Star
Food was mediocre - lacked any significant seasoning. Best course was the desserts. The server was great but the food quality was beyond her control. Can’t really recommend.
On vacation and Airbnb owner suggested this place as one of her favorite spots. I can see why. Great atmosphere and we had a great server, Ramon. There are lots of food choices. The ahi tuna and turkey burger were delicious and perfectly cooked. My daughter loved the hand spun cotton candy. Will come back again on our next trip.
Our waiter was amazing and our food came out quick considering how busy the restaurant was. And the young gentleman working with him was so nice and polite. He kept our water glasses full during our entire meal. Everyone there is always so nice.
Fun place, good food.
Tasteless and disappointing. We decided to eat here because of the many reviews. Sadly considering all the wonderful nearby restaurants. We usually always have luck relying on reviews but not this time. Look carefully at the reviews... many had the same experience.
