Luigi's Tuscan Grill
Very overpriced for the quality of food. Service was better than average, but also not the greatest. Seems like they tried to teach the waiters fine dining, but the server was stuck in the middle of casual service and fine dining which made it a little awkward at times. He was very nice though.
Ordered the antipasto app which included 3 different cheeses. Only was served one which was the"homemade" mozzarella which was definitely not homemade. Asked about the provolone and parm that was to be served and and when the waiter said he would "check on it" he came back with shaved parm in a little cup. Very disappointing for the price point as everything else came from a jar and or was bought at a store.
Deviated from the menu with a veal piccata. A+ for making it anyway. C- for taste and presentation.
Also ordered the Ricotta and Pear Ravioli. This was about a B for me. It was good and definitely the highlight of the meal.
Waiter suggested fried cheesecake for dessert. I wouldn't order again. If they changed how it was made and "fried" it could have a lot more potential. Overall plain and tasted like a fair menu item.
All in all its an OK Italian place with an OK setting. I feel as though they are trying to be a lot more upscale than what they really are or can actually offer. There are much better Italian restaurants in Fort Lauderdale at the same price point that are much more authentic and worth the visit.
Great food with excellent service. Veal was very tender
Couldn’t have been happier with food or service. Can’t believe I have not found this hidden gem before now. With all the choices Of Italian on Las Olas I will definitely be back here again
Service was Ok. Waiter came to us demanding more money in tip which was super rude and unprofessional
Very expensive and the food was ok
Food was delicious, and our waiter was very knowledgeable!
Love Luigi's! Food is always delicious and the service is wonderful! I highly recommend Luigi's!
As always Gabriel and the team here do an unbelievable job!!!!!! We love the food and service here and it truly is a great place to eat. Welcome Home!!!!!
We were 6 people. We had a reservation and was seated on time. Waiter was attentive. Food was excellent.
Luigi’s is a hidden gem, can’t wait to go back!
Service and food were excellent! Great wine selection! Parking was convenient - there is a small lot just adjacent to the restaurant. Victor, our waiter, was so attentive, knowledgeable and charming ... he was a perfect host. This will be our “go to” Italian spot for authentic food including home
This is a great Italian restaurant. Everything was so delicious. We will make this a regular stop for us.
This was our first visit to Luigi's and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. You felt like a guest in Luigi's home! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they surprised us by singing and giving us scrumptious homemade tiramisu. I felt like I was dining in Florence, Italy. The dining area overlooks the canal and it was private, yet open. Unlike many other restaurants, I enjoyed being away from the busy street/sidewalk for dinnertime.
Excellent food and drink.
Luigi’s is our go to restaurant for us in Myrtle Beach. Our server, MARIA is the best.
We both had the Daily Special which was the “seafood trio” A combination of Shrimp, scallops, and grouper over a bed of parmesan risotto. We get this whenever it is available. The Risotto is the best I have ever had.
The food and service at Luigi's is consistently outstanding. The ambience is warm and inviting, and we love to take people there that have not been before....everyone love it!
The food was amazing, the wine was spectacular, and the service was impeccable! Would recommend o anyone in Fort Lauderdale!
Good food with a nice variety of choices service was excellent and the price was reasonable
We were in Fort Lauderdale for the night and found this gem on google. Amazing food! We had the fish and everything was very very good I spent many nights on Arthur Ave in the Bronx and Tuscan Grill would have fit right in there. Inside was a little noisey but we sat outside and people watched It was a very enjoyable evening
Food and service were amazing! Sea bass was best I have ever had.
Every time we visit this dining facility went only have the best food, but the best service. This time was ab solubly fabulous and Gabriel and Samantha made sure we have the best service during our visit. The veal, chicken and pasta dishes were delicious and definitely one of the best places to eat in Ft. Lauderdale. Thanks for a great night!!!!!
Love this place ..great service, ambiance, food. Usually dine outside by the canal...too hot in June. Always a treat...spent with family and friends
Great food. Good for kids too.
Food was outstanding, and a great location. Service was disappointing... waiter was good, albeit sparse, and delivery to the table was haphazard, ill timed, and accompanied by 'who ordered..?'.
Great food amazing!! Have to try the meatballs!! Broccoli Rabe out of this world.
Noise level inside has a lot to do with the bar. This time there was a loud group!
Had friends who are planning to move to Florida so I looked
for a restaurant for drinks and dinner. I was impressed with Luigi's Tuscan Grill reviews and decided to make reservations. Well it turned out to be a excellent decision. The service was superb from the time we checked in, Victor our server was quite cordial and knowledgeable of the menu and recommendations. The food was excellent and the garlic bread they served was finger licking good. I will truly be revisiting again soon.
Reservamos y cuando fuimos estaba cerrado!
First time there. What a wonderful surprise. Food was amazing, from the bread to the cappuccino. Delicious. Service was perfect. We will be back. Highly recommended
Nice pasta, very polite waiters and great wine selection.
We had dinner early on our first visit and it wasn't busy at all. All of the food was amazing and very fresh. Our server was on point and even though it was an early dinner, the outdoor seating was very cozy with plenty of air circulation to keep us cool in late May. We had traditional dishes and although the seafood Diavolo dish wasn't as spicy as we wished, it was still good. The ragu sauce was perfect on the pappardelle with chunks of mushrooms. We will go again!
Great food, and my friend was in love with the waiter. A little on the small side but had no issues. Im from Brooklyn and have to say that the bread and pizza was just as good. Loved it!
Delicious food & great service!!
I think I already submitted this, but please don’t let the wait staff pick the music. The music should fit the ambience of the restaurant
Great food and ambiance great location if you want to feel like your on vacation but not in the middle of the loud bars
Great food, good service, easy access and parking.
Garlic bread was amazing
We dined outside in front of restaurant as we love watching the world go by! Service was excellent and food was delicious! I had spaghetti carbonara w homemade pasta and smoked bacon and prosciutto (I think- 2 kinds of diced meat were in it) and topped w a poached egg. It was so good! No heavy cream or gobs of garlic- just fresh, tasty and light! Nice sized portion- I couldn’t finish it. Not enough for two on its own, but could share w a salad and an app or soup. Very authentic!
