Ludlow & Prime Steakhouse serves the greater Nashville area in Franklin, TN; located in the Berry Farms Town Center, directly off 65S and the Goose Creek Bypass. Established in 2016, Ludlow & Prime is known for mouthwatering USDA Prime Steaks, Fresh Seafood, a Raw Bar and everyday specialties in an upscale ambient setting for Lunch, Dinner and Saturday/ Sunday Brunch beginning at 9am. A local leader in Private Dining and Events, we have perfect spaces for your next Business Dinner, Wedding Rehearsal or Happy Hour Party -large or small. No matter the occasion, you can find a perfect spot in the expansive Dining Room, Large Cocktail Bar & Lounge area, Private Dining Rooms or intimate Chandelier Lit Booths.                                             Excellent food, service, attentiveness. Best cheesecake I've ever had in my life. Friendly atmosphere. Terrific, flavorful burger cooked to order. Large portions. The chef pays attention to detail. Tip: If you're on a low salt diet, you should mention it. They tend to use a bit more seasoning because that's what most people like. Great overall.

                                            We were there for an early Sunday brunch. Wait staff was great as were our meals. Unfortunately we waited way too long (maybe 45 minutes) to get our food, considering we were there when it opened and there were only a couple of other tables with patrons.

                                            I had high hopes but unfortunately they were not met. There are not a lot choices around this area so it's exciting when a new places comes. Even more exciting when it's suppose to be more of an upscale place, with good food. Not another sports bar or fast food. We came in for HH before a concert at the ampitheater. The dirty martini was good, but I asked for regular olives vs blue cheese, and got none. Our drinks sat at the bar for over 10 min, my husband finally went and grabbed then so we could enjoy them while they were still cold. Queso and chips, the queso was chunky, I think it still needed to be heated through. It was by no means real queso, its the stuff you pour from a can into a crockpot. The deviled eggs were decent, the brisket sliders were very tasty, and the wedge was also good. We paid HH prices, I would not pay full price for any of these items. A friend got the "famous" cheeseburger, it was less than impressive. We make better ones at home. So needless to say, it's a one and done for us here. Total Bummer!

                                            Food was great. Service definitely needs improvement. Unfortunately I don’t see this restaurant succeeding in Franklin unless they focus on serving their customers.

                                            A.C did an amazing job with service and food was delicious. This place has an odd industrial strip mall type ambiance for the price. That’s the only negative.

                                            We walked over during our lunch break, first time here and I can't believe we waited so long to come! Best lunch around and everything was under $15. I had fish and chips, coworker had the salmon Caesar and loved it.

                                            The restaurant is beautiful and food fantastic! Lots of options for seating, booths are cozy. I loved the seafood cobb salad and key lime pie!
