Chef / Proprietor Tracey Greenleaf is known for her culinary skills and her exceptionally high standards. She has worked in a collection of restaurants that helped set a new paradigm within the hospitality profession.
Greenleaf began her culinary career at a young age, learning from her grandmother in Ohio. She relocated to Baltimore, her hometown in 2006, where she worked in several great restaurants including PF Changs, McCormick & Schmick's and Sotto Sopra with the guidance of Riccardo Bosio.
In 2009, with a major in economics and a minor in hospitality management she began to learn exactly in depth of how far humility, integrity, passion and respect could take you.
In 2013, Greenleaf accepted the opportunity of a lifetime to join Michael Mina's Mina Group as a chef working under the direction of Zachary Mills at Wit & Wisdom, located in Baltimore’s Harbor East inside Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.
