We were very disappointed,the food was average at best and way overpriced. When I booked my reservation they gave me the option for a thanksgiving dinner meal or the regular menu so I picked the regular menu but when we were seated I was told it was the Thanksgiving dinner only for $90 per person. I should have walked out right then instead I felt we were ripped off paying $90 for an average meal at best. I will never go back there again.

This was the first time coming here and it was a mediocre experience. I was given the option to choose the regular menu or the Thanksgiving menu but on arrival It was a set menu for Thanksgiving. The amuse Bouche of bruschetta was good. But then it was downhill from there. The salad was overly dressed and needed seasoning. The main course of short rib was good but the accompaniment of beans was lacking. There a only a pumpkin desert choice. I feel there should he can an alternative to pumpkin . The service was impeccable. The atmosphere and beauty of the resteraunt was phenomenal.

Overall experience was great we were pleased with the staff from being greeted and waited on. The food was great for the Thanksgiving dinner with the wine and drinks nicely paired with each course. Service was amazing we loved our waitress she was so sweet and attentive.

Deceptive or (at best) dumb use of open table ruined our family’s thanksgiving. Accepted our reservation giving us the option to opt out of the prix fixe menu only to try to force us to buy it upon arrival. $95 for a four course (totally uninspiring) menu for a small family with kids (who would have to pay for the menu too) is laughable from a mid Italian place in a shopping mall. Looking forward to seeing what will replace this when they go out of business.

The service was amazing. She was attentive and nice. the Place is beautiful and the attention to detail on even getting a small appetizer was nice. The food was OK. I ordered a salad that was delicious just very heavy on the dressing. The pesto orechiette was not good. Pasta was a bit too al dente, almost tasted old as if the pasta had been sitting for a while, it didn't feel/taste fresh. the Fries with cheese and rosemary were delish.

Made reservations for a birthday celebration. We were seated quickly after check in. Our server checked in quickly and continued to show knowledge of the menu throughout the dining experience. Busing between meals was swift and all needed utensils were available at appropriate times. Loved the water pitcher!

Beautiful place, excellent service, the food was really good! We were my husband and two kids we had 2 glasses of wine, 2 pizzas and 2 pastas, dessert and coffee $220dls with tip. We all enjoyed the restaurant and will definitely go there again.

Restaurant is beautiful, every detail of the decor to the coat hook at the tables is beautiful. It got really noisy due to the floors no carpet and metal ceiling, no buffet.

Lucrezia has destroyed the concept that getting a top-notch staff in place in the restaurant business in the post-COVID world cannot be done. In fact, you could say the service here is BETTER than service you got before COVID. This place does hospitality better than restaurants that cost 4 times as much. There is a reason it is always packed.

The food was very delicious and timely and the wait staff as attentive and made great recommendations. Only downside was that I wish the waiter would have mentioned the dessert that take 20 to 25 minutes to prepare earlier so we could have ordered it.

The food was ok. The best was the Cesar salad. Service was slow. Drinks took half hour to arrive. Also, if you order iced tea, refills are not free, and it is a small glass.The noise level is super loud, so it is not easy to have a conversation, and we could barely hear the server.

We had a very poor experience, our server Ahmed was rude and we unfortunately felt VERY rushed. We sat down, ordered and felt like we were rushed out of there in about an hour. I was even charged a ridiculous amount for what I ordered (small pasta with butter) for my daughter. Unfortunately because of the waitstaff and service, I would not recommend this place again. We were celebrating two birthdays and a reunion, our party hadn’t seen each other for quite some time and we were excited to try the new restaurant we were really looking forward to. Food was good but the rudeness we experienced unfortunately very negatively outweighed that.

Appetizers were really good (beef carpaccio and arancini). Entrees with bland and not that good - carbonara, spicy vodka rigatoni, margarita pizza (which was really just a cheese pizza). Recommend this spot for happy hour drinks and apps only

The food was fantastic. We ordered the brussel sprouts, Mediterranean salad, cacio e pepe pasta , Daniele pizza and lemon meringue. No complaints at all. Portions are decent. The restaurant was quite busy & the staff was still able to be very attentive. Decor & interior design is great. The noise level is very loud - it’s difficult to hear if you’re not sitting directly next to the person you’re speaking with.

Arrived early and asked whether we could be seated before our reservation time. Hostess was pleasant and said it would only be a few minutes. So we decided to have a drink in the bar while we waited. Well, 15 minutes later, no table, so we decided to eat in the bar. Oysters were fresh, but overpriced. Calamari tasted like a premade frozen appetizer that just needed to be flash fried- we sent this back. The arancini were ok. Overall - not impressed. May only come back to try their pizza.

Great new restaurant. The cesar and chopped italian salads and pasta entries were delicious - as was the margarita pizza. The service was good but not great (seemed like a new restaurant trying to figure it out). For example, I had to ask for new silverware for the meal after the salad silverware was removed. And we needed to ask for water refills. My only negative complaint is the noise level in the main dining room. It was a busy evening and most tables were full. The noise level required you to speak quite loudly to both your table guests and the server. We asked for another table on the outdoor patio and were moved. The outdoor area was much quieter and enjoyable.

Lucrezias food is alright. The pasta portions are small and are not very flavorful, the pizza tastes like any average Italian pizza and the drinks really lack the kick of alcohol you would expect from a $20 plus drink. What was even more frustrating was the service… slow, completely avoidant, and the drink/appetizer service took forever. It felt like management had trained the servers to get initial orders quick, slow down on initial service and then conveniently come back to serve and get entree orders so your table would be and out within a 60 minute window. This place needs to rethink their approach to service.
