We were really excited to celebrate my daughter’s birthday here. The menu has an interesting variety. We got there at 5 when the place was empty and should have had plenty of time to eat and celebrate before things got busy. However, the service was just terrible and our server completely disappeared. We couldn’t get drinks or dessert to celebrate because nobody came back to check on us. We finally had to leave and go somewhere else. We would not go back again.

Really diverse menu with something for everyone. Excellent me hour. Fun atmosphere and great service. We ordered the herb fries twice!

I am not one who writes poor reviews but my .. oh my .... Started out great but after 45 minutes I asked for our food and a refill on drinks Waited another 20 minutes for our food (waiting because we had tickets for show) Food came out but when they gave it to us it was not our food. It was for another table who ordered after us. I reiterated our order hey said they would go check. 5 minutes later the food comes out. Place is completely dark, and you cannot really see the food. I start eating. Guess what. II ordered a Chicken Sandwich and they gave me a hamburger. I just eat it because it has been an hour and the show is about to start. 10 minutes later they come out and say did you have the Chicken Sandwich? They were so nice and understanding they did give me $3.40 off the bill and the show was good. I might go back when I have 2 hours for lunch one day.

Amazing food, kind staff! Had a great time downstairs for a free concert after dinner. The food was in big portions and the Happy Hour deals are awesome!

We always want to love our experience here because aesthetically it’s a rad spot and unique to town. But the service is always a bummer. The servers never seem to want to give any effort above the bare minimum of what it takes to give a table their food/drinks then be done with it. We waited well over 15 minutes just to be greeted (after we flagged someone down) then never received any acknowledgment of waiting. Or even a grin for that matter. The food was great, though. The sesame kimchi was awesome. We will continue to go to Lucky You, just won’t expect much in the service department.

Intimate venue for a concert. Well designed dining area. Varied menu. Menu prices are moderate. Service at the table and at the bar were both excellent.
