Food came not as ordered, too hungry after waiting for food to wait again for a redo.
We eat at the Lucky Penny a few times a month. The service is always great. Most times I enjoy the food. I ordered fish n chips this time and it was just okay. Nothing to write home about. My husband got the Chicken Parm and enjoyed it. I'll be trying something else in the future.
Menu is certainly on trend. Servers dressed smartly. Entrees are SHAREABLE. A treat.
Murry our server was amazing
Easy in. Table ready and waiting. Friendly Staff. Manager stopped by twice to make sure all was well. Great place!
Two of us got fish and chips. The fish was not coated properly and the fish was overcooked. The potatoes were overcooked. The manager got me a replacement and ordered another piece of fish for the other guest. My replacement came, but hers did not. They had to ask for it again.
Rude waitress. Great food and drinks though.
Excellent food and amazing staff! Have been there 3 times with 3 different waitresses and all are so friendly. Welcoming and world class service.
The toast for the blt/turkey club was burnt and the fries were overdone or had been sitting too long but the waitress was excellent and got me new fries.
Seated quickly. Dinner order was taken quickly and food arrived in a very timely manner. Both meals were delicious and cooked as requested. Will certainly be eating there again.
Seems short staffed increasing wait times. Otherwise good
Great service, food, and value
Food was good and was hot when served. Our server was very attentive. I wish the menu was larger. If you go there even just once a week the selections can become boring. Daily or weekly specials would be nice. Prices were also a bit high in my opinion.
The servers don’t seem to be trained at all. Served bread and butter without butter spreader knife for us to use. Drinks came “after” our food was eaten and probably wouldn’t arrive if we didn’t ask. Steak wasn’t great. We were seated at the patio but people from the restaurant next door kept on going to our patio area to smoke and vape. Overall an unpleasant experience.
Great service and yummy food. Dessert display was gorgeous!
We love lucky penny as a convenient place to eat at the red rock casino.
There was too much food. We had to take half of it home service was slow
Food is great and the servings are outstanding. Staff is very helpful.
waitress EG was very helpful & pleasant. food was delicious & served hot
The potatoes were cool. They should have been a lot warmer than what they were when they were served.
The food was great, the speed and quality was awesome as well. Only issue was our server, I had asked for a cold brew with a vanilla flavor. He replied very condescending “Do you KNOW what a cold brew is?” I said yes and I would like some vanilla added onto it please. I have received that same drink on two other occasions. Just felt it was very blatant of him to ask in such tone. Secondly when my dad ordered the waiter asked what accent he had. I felt it was a very inappropriate question, just a very odd vibe when he would come to the table.
We made reservations, which I would recommend as there was quite a line to get in. Was a great breakfast with great service!
Having breakfast....try the pancakes and the chilaquiles - both are excellent!
1.the price up, the serviсе down.
2.instead of cup of soup, they gave a different soup.
3 we asked to substitute. potatis for fruits, but they gavefruits for $7
4.they do not offer good omlet anymore with nuts
5.they rised the price of fish and chips twice for last 3 months. From $13.98 to $16.99 and took off the colslaw.
6.the last trip I have been waiting the cup of lstter coffe for 32 minutes. Insteat of latter I hade Capuccino. The waitress insisted that the coffe is latter. I decided to exchange myself infront of mebager and they did not charge money.
7.there is no food for vegetarian. All food with chicken
8.when I bought the cruassan, they over hit and it looked like a melted chocolate.
the steak salad was mostly steak which was over cooked but edible.
they cant seem to deliver good food
ive tried 6 different main courses.only one chicken parm was good
the others were terrible
nice looking place lovely servers, but they have terrible cooks, and no one
looks at what comes out
A small but varied menu, friendly service, attractive decor with lots of space between tables.
Overall give them a 3/5 we just ordered a couple things. Shrimp cocktail, chicken Caesar and bacon. I think they had to go catch the chicken because by the time we got our food the chicken was so salty we had to down so water to get it down. The interesting part was it was only salty on the bottom no seasoning on top. No big deal we just didn’t finish it. Some of the lettuce was brown. Whatever it happens. I ordered a Bloody Mary and I guess their specialty is what I got. It had a weird bacon ball at the bottom that I wasn’t prepared for. I’ll skip it next time.
Food not to good, hash browns burnt on outside tasteless inside, bacon dry been sitting under heat light way to long, eggs over cooked, coffee like water
Only place to get breakfast, would expect better food at the red rock
Great service, food was delicious.
Restaurant was very clean.
Love this place for breakfast but they really need to change the checkin process. Weekends are busy and to have reservations and still need to wait in line with everyone who doesn’t is silly. Should have separate line for reservations and call ups who have their turn called. Common sense solution!
Like going to Lucky Penny at Red Rock. Food is usually top notch. Love the Seafood Bread Bowl but wish they would stock up more Prime Rib. It seems to always be sold out by the time I can get there which is waaayyy b4 the 11PM end time.
Cafe is handy when you’re at Red Rock Casino and bakery case looks scrumptious but have to say after 5 visits and trying something different each time, I’ll stick to plain eggs & bacon for breakfast and a hamburger other times. Each entree I’ve ordered (& the breakfast prime rib hash) sounded & looked great but taste-wise, just ok. Service has always been good and I like you can make a reservation in advance.
Definitely recommend booking ahead of time since every time we came before a reservation our wait time was 30-40 min. Our waitress was kind and was up front on the quality of food and recommendations. Our drinks were amazing, food came fast and the dessert was just oh so delicious! No too loud, nice ambience and very very clean. This is our go to place for breakfast !
Food was good, with a nice variety of omelets.
Fruit cup is really tasty.
The Server that took to our breakfast order and needs on 06/28/21 was very courteous, friendly and provided excellent Service.
I believe her name is Doeana.
