The service was excellent (friendly and thorough), food was great, cocktails were poppin', and despite the cold, sitting around the firebowl was comfortable and quiet. Thank you, Joel, Brian, and the rest of the team who assisted us for making my sister's birthday dinner a special occasion (even during a pandemic!).

In these Covid times, I highly recommend reserving a fire pit table! They have the portable stand up heaters as well and it kept us warm in below 30 degree weather.
I highly recommend the Detroit style pizzas and cheese curds. Service was excellent and they offer contactless payment through the Toast app.

I understand it was NYE, but every other night the kitchen is open until close for a free slice of pizza with a purchase of a classic cocktail. You would think that the kitchen would definitely be open on NYE - it was such a big disappointment. Our reservation was at 9:30pm and our waitress also never mentioned that the kitchen was closing soon so we had planned on ordering food, but she never mentioned it closing. Really disappointing.
They were out of the holiday drink we went for. We were seated next to the windows and it was extremely drafty and cold. Also poor way of handling takeout/to-go orders as the people waiting for their orders were congregated around our table while we were trying to eat and drink. Wish they would have a better system for handling takeout so people dining in didn’t have to be crowded or uncomfortable while eating.
We spent NYE at Lucille and it was amazing! They took our temps on the way in and there was never a moment where we felt too close to another party. Our waitress was so sweet and prompt, and our pizzas were delicious! The margaritas were tasty too :)

Sat outside with firepit was wonderful. Our waiter Bailey was fantastic. Very kind and helpful absolutely the best. Perfect way to spend new years eve day lunch.

our server was so good! i don't remember her name but she had short hair and cool earrings shaped like a face. i had a few allergies so i made my own pizza and she suggested the vegan mozz because i said i had a dairy allergy. she suggested good cocktails for my friend as well and took pictures for us. my friend is moving to new york this week and she made our last dinner with her great!

Funny how the wait staff are propane tank experts now. Like they didn’t have enough to be concerned with. I love that Lucille is giving us the opportunity to some safely outside and the staff gets credit for obliging. There’s tons of heaters, beautiful scenery (oh to be able to enjoy the lovely decorations inside!), yummy food and a staff aiming to please.

Our server, Jonny, was amazing! We had a fantastic time enjoying the outdoor seating. Drinks and food both came out quickly and tasted great. I was very impressed with the distance between tables and Lucille's guidelines for masks (both employees and patrons). We will be back!

I understand it tough finding a waitstaff these days. Our service was very poor due to lack of help. Food and drinks were good though. Loved the outdoor fire and heaters!

I have visited Lucille many times before and absolutely love the atmosphere, drinks and food. On this date, we had really bad food. The pizza was burnt and service was not great. Overall disappointed in the visit.
Great experience. The restaurant was decorated in such a fun way for Christmas. Great food and service, would come back!

We sat outside with the heaters and fire pit and it was actually lovely! Our fire pit went out and our server Emerson was so helpful! She was so kind, attentive and we had a very pleasant experience. Thanks for making a dinner outside in the middle of Wisconsin very enjoyable!

Took my boyfriend here for dinner here for his first time and he’s still raving about it today. Food was amazing as always and we had a great waitress with a wonderful personality and attentive!

My only beef? Dont like spending $12 for (Christmas Cosmo) a cocktail served in a tiny glass. Not a cosmo glass but a old style small wide champagne glass.Felt it was a rip off.

We sat outside on a warm December day. The firepit was very warm, and we dined with our coats off. There were also two tower heaters next to us, however, I think we were lucky to have so much heat.
The ambience was festive and beautiful. I highly recommend!

I went with my girlfriend and another couple around 8pm on Friday. The place was quit busy and was very nice inside. My only grip is that they made us wear masks at our table. It was annoying because it was loud in the place. We eventually took off our masks because we frankly didn't want to follow the rule.
Otherwise, food was great-service was good-drinks were expensive.

Food was fantastic and so were the Christmas decorations! The music could have been a little quieter. We were upstairs and it was loud. Otherwise an amazing night!

Food was great! Got the steel pan and it was so good! The kitchen mad a slight error and forgot pepperoni on one pizza but it was still delicious. Service was a little slow but that’s to be expected of a newer restaurant so no worries
I loved the ambiance - the decor and mix of rustic wood and plants with low lit purple lights and chandeliers was on point. The food was decent (definitely better the first time I went); the cheese curds were delicious but the pizza lacked flavor. We were disappointed to learn that even after making a reservation a week in advance you only have an hour and a half at your table! We were rushed through the entire process and they tried to speed things along when we wanted to enjoy drinks and a night out.
