The best part of this restaurant is the atmosphere and that’s kinda where it stops. The food was just okay, the French onion soup essentially tasted like red wine, the salads were basic. My friends salad listed it having sunflower seeds but when it came there were none, so we asked for a side of them. It took 20 minutes and asking 3 separate people for them to eventually tell us the kitchen didn’t have any. The service here needs some major work to match the vibe. It started off okay, but as it got busier it was clear that there was only one server and one bar tender for the whole restaurant, with one woman filling waters and running food. By the time we left the server had at least 10 it more tables at the same time and we even saw her behind the bar pouring drinks as well. Who we assume was the manager was milling around but not doing anything much with any speed or efficiency. Our waters weren’t refilled till we flagged someone down, we had to ask for our check, we got another table’s check, then when we finally got the right one no one was in sight to take it. We’re a patient group, but it took so long we had to go up to the bar to try to pay. Staff was not apologetic about wait times or even acknowledged at all how slow and inefficient the whole experience was. For the extremely poor service, and just okay food, the prices were definitely not worth it. I’d skip this place and go somewhere else, we only had two dinners in Boston and this one was definitely a disappointment.

Good food good value service needs serious work. Restaurant was possibly 30% full when we arrived. Took our food and drink order and then came back and said we were given the wrong menu. Reordered the food and asked to look at the wine list and would order a glass. Appetizer was never served, never came back for the wine order. Mains arrive properly cooked. Finally gave up on the wine went to the bar and asked for a bottle of water. Explained service quality was that bad. Finally received a bottle of water. Asked for a dessert menu. Dessert was fine but dirty dishes from dinner were left on the table when it was served.

Pepperoni pizza too salty; not much pepperoni hidden under the cheese

Our server Tyler was fabulous describing and recommending delicious dishes! We enjoyed the tuna and salmon with the brownie sundae for dessert. Everything was prepared to perfection and totally enjoyable! We also enjoyed the relaxing chairs!

We routinely have a pre theatre dinner her and are always happy to have done so. Short, interesting menu: good burger, great pasta bolognese; yummy flatbread. Slightly austere, hip ambiance; good wine by the glass. Best in the are for a nice meal without stuffiness or crowds of conventioneers. We are always happy to return.

LUCIE service was exceptional! Our waiter noticed we spoke Spanish and made us feel welcome going above and beyond helping us pick from menu in Spanish. Food was delicious and mimosas a must! Great seating and ambiance.

Three out of four of us had very good meals. The fourth person did not expect the Bolognese to be quite that spicy ( I loved it), so the waitress was kind enough to bring her another pasta dish, which was even spicier ( not the fault of the waitress). She was wonderful. The same person ordered vanilla, and chocolate gelato, and was served coffee gelato. Again, not the fault of the waitress. Something must’ve been going on in the kitchen that night otherwise it was a very pleasant and the food was very good.

As a family of color, we were totally ignored. No waiter came over. We sat there with our glasses turned down for more than 30 minutes. No one approached us yet a family who doesn’t look like us was seated after we s but got served and checked on by a waiter. When I enquired about our waiter apparently none was assigned and to us. A kind bartender who noticed that we were not catered to , came over and served us water then apologized. This was a very saddening situation especially because we were there to celebrate Mother’s Day. We also watched as many other mothers weee offered flowers which was a part of the Mother’s Day brunch yet we were not. My sone had to go and ask where his mom’s flowers were. That’s when they checked if any was left over.
