   Very nice setting. The food is 10/10. Wanted to try more things on the menu but we got way too full! Will be back. The drinks are a 10/10 as well

   We've been here several times and food is always good. My go to is the Lobster Ravioli. I was surprised they changed the recipe for this. The new Lobster Ravioli is not as good as the original. It was still good, but the original recipe is so much better. I was a little surprised that our waitress was not as attentive as they usually are here. Our entree took forever to come out, in fact, people that sat down after us received their meal first. This was our anniversary celebration, yet no mention of that at all. Also, we did have 2 bonus certificates from gift certificates that we purchased at Christmas, that said they expired 5/1 and I know they were expired but it is hard to get reservations here and I thought for sure they would accept them, but they didn't. Not that it was a big deal, but I know other restaurants accept them if they have just expired. Still Lucia's is still

   Great food and great service! Our waitress Kaitlin was amazing and such a pleasure to have! We cant wait to come back and request her for our waitress!

   We were there on a Thursday night. The place was packed. Our reservation was for 645 and surprisingly we were seated at 630. Once our drinks, water and bread were on our 4 top table there was no room for anything else. Everything had to be rearranged to accommodate appetizers. All tables are very close to each other and the noise volume is overwhelming at times

   We have driven many times past Lucia's on our way to and from Jamestown NY to Buffalo. Until we watched Speil the Wine with Kevin LoVullo we really didn't know much about it. Once we watched his segments there we became curious. It does take a while to get a reservation and after going there last evening for an early dinner, I can see why. The moment we walked in the place is aesthetically inviting as are the greeters, wait staff, bartenders, servers, etc. Our server Jared Gugino was one of the nicest informative servers I think we've ever had. Upon Kevin's recommendation, he mentioned that we should ask for the owner in which we did. Jay Pasquarella the owner was so friendly and gracious. He stopped by to check in out us a few times even though the place was packed. Lastly, may I mention the food? I had the blackened chicken with asparagus risotto, amazing! My husband had jambalaya. As large as his portion was, he almost licked the plate except he knew he had carrot cake on its way to celebrate his birthday. I had to take half of mine home. I'm looking forward to finishing the leftover. One thing we both noticed is that our food came out hot which is not always the case at many restaurants so there was no need to hurry to try and finish. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Jared and Jay for a lovely dining experience.

   They never miss with their menu. Best surf & turf in the city. The staff is very friendly and the owner is always there to greet guests. 5* all the way around. They treat you like family, that goes along way with me.
