Everything about last night was perfect. Our server John was absolutely fantastic and was really able to make some incredible recommendations for appetizers. He was able to make my husbands birthday dinner memorable and we’re so appreciative!! Highly recommend the corn fritters if they’re on the menu!

First time visit and every aspect of the restaurant was outstanding. it felt warm and inviting, yet everyone was completing their job with such diligence and excellence. A gentleman directed us to the hostess, the bartender waived our initial drink because he thought he took to long to serve us, the hostess was perfectly polished and on point, the waitress was warm, and delightful; perfectly appearing and disappearing at all the right times. And she wasn't pushing her a tip, just naturally taking care of us. The food was absolutely delicious! The young lady addressed my empty water glass without me even realizing that she was there. The environment was filled with laughter, hugs, fun and excitement and yet I was able to enjoy my husband as if we were the only ones in the room. And the view, wow! I had thought I had visited every fine restaurant in the Buffalo region, however; on the way home, I could not even remember another restaurant that rivals Lucia's! I told my husband, " I think I've found my favorite spot". I can't say enough about this place and I have told everyone I know about it since our visit! They delivered! Job well done!

This was our first experience at Lucia’s and now I understand why they book out months in advance! The food was incredible, with one course after the other better than the last! We had Jared as our server and he went above and beyond to make our experience special! Loved the vibe and decor there, and would be enjoyable whether or not you get a window seat with view to the lake (even though that is a bonus). Would go back again and again, if I can get a resy, haha!

Excellent food and service! From a food perspective phenomenal! It was just very loud! Too loud! It was like being in a bar. People plus music, too much. If you’re going for an intimate dinner, don’t be surprised if it doesn’t go that way!

Our recent experience was not what we had come to expect at this upscale restaurant. The air conditioning was chillier than it needed to be. We expected the prices to be higher than previous visits, so no real shock there. Our fillets were not as tasty as we were used to. One was ordered "medium" and it actually was red in color almost completely throughout. The green beans could have used a few extra minutes of cooking. Our server, Thomas, was excellent and there are no complaints with him. We have been to Lucia's for birthdays and anniversaries, and this visit was for celebrating a birthday. Lucia's knew it was a birthday dinner for my wife. We had celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Lucia's several months ago, and the server brought us each a complimentary dessert of strawberries and whipped cream. Last night, there was no such offer even though our bill for food and beverages totaled $240 before a tip. We both left disappointed.

This restaurant is divine. It can get a little loud but everyone is having a blast. The service was stellar. Thank you Amy! Try the Blackberry Bourbon Sour. It does not disappoint. The Filet Mignon was perfectly medium rare! Great wine list too. Our new favorite place.
