   Not at all the experience we were expecting. Given Lucia's claims to enforce a dress code (which was unclear and not enforced), the overall atmosphere did nothing to provide the dining experience the price tag suggested one would receive. Remixed pop music, dark but not atmospheric (we saw someone else using their phone torch to read the menu), and overcrowded. The food was our biggest drawback. It was enjoyable, however we wouldn't go as far as to say it was anything extraordinary. For the price, we would have expected much better than a small serving of pasta swimming in tomato flavoured water, or a lumpy carbonara. Of course, this was our first visit, and it was a busy weekend so this is not at all an attack on kitchen staff or servers - they were all incredibly polite despite how busy it was, and it was a joy to be served by them! Overall, some better lighting - perhaps soft warm lights against the walls rather than a singular fake candle on the tables (which I DID appreciate it not being real as fire hazards are a huge risk), improvements to the music choice - perhaps something more fitting to the atmosphere they're obviously trying to create - and clearer dress code that is ACTUALLY enforced.

   Really nice Sunday Lunch. Service was very good and value for money.

   We came for my birthday was very disappointed. It took a long time for anyone to take a drinks order, it was then a massive wait to get the drinks, the drink order was also incorrect. Throughout the whole meal nobody came to ask us if we wanted more drinks, even though the waitress came looked at the empty glasses on the table and walked away again. The service was extremely disappointing, to then add 10% service charge was insulting. We asked for this to be taken off. Extremely disappointing experience, especially on my birthday. However I will state that the food was excellent.

   Great choice of menu, staff were attentive and friendly, not at all pushy. Food was delicious and quick to arrival, I had chose the tuna steak which was yummy. We were offered water as we sat down and there was a great drinks choice too. Would happily recommend and return again.

   What a fantastic restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   They were very polite and respectful and made our meal very enjoyable, however they put mushrooms in the pasta when asked not too but besides that it was perfect.

   Bottomless brunch is good value for money, portion sizes are plentiful, nice and varied options. The downside is the drinks were rancid (Bellinis and Mimosa). Only ended up having 2 alcoholic drinks because I couldn't barely bring myself to drink it.

    Fantastic experience, the service was prompt, courteous and professional. Food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Lucias, I will be coming back again and again 10 out of 10. Thankyou Lucias.
