Got to our reservation at 7pm. Waited about 30 minutes after we were seated to actually be greeted by a waiter and have our drink orders taken. After drinks were taken, our waiter disappeared for another 20 minutes before taking our order for appetizers. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we finally ordered our entrees and it came out about another 30 minutes later. We ordered three tiramisus for dessert, but because we were waiting so long and it was already 9pm by the time we got to dessert, they didn’t have anymore tiramisu so they only brought out two, which was so disappointing because the tiramisu is amazing. After finishing dessert, we were brought the check and we waited about 20 more minutes for our waitress to grab our credit card. The waiter was standing at the host desk chatting with the hostess and was on their phone and didn’t even realize we were trying to get their attention. Keep in mind, it was a Thursday night and not busy AT ALL. There were only 3 waiters in the whole restaurant. This was almost a 3 hour dinner and we spent the whole time waiting for our waitress to actually attend to us. Beautiful place and food is very yummy, but the absolute worst service. I’ve been here multiple times previously, but this time around I was scared away. We were given a free appetizer at the beginning but the service only kept getting worse. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely time sitting on the patio! The service was slow to begin with but once we reached out for help the drinks and food came out at a nice pace! They even comped our drinks for the long wait which was very kind. The food was delicious and we would go back again!

We go there often. Great old school pizza reminiscent of some of the best in Italy. New menu with added appetizers and dishes. Service was great. Everything we’ve tried is amazing. Worth a visit.

The food was fantastic, and the portions are HUGE. We have leftovers for days! Our server was friendly and mostly attentive. It was busy for a Thursday, but she balanced her tables pretty well. Our food wasn't cold or anything when served. We plan to come back and try other menu items. The menu has variety for all different kinds of flavor profiles (protein, vegetarian etc). Overall great experience!
