Went for breakfast. Ordered the Chilli Scramble and Chorizo Shashuka off the a la carte menu. Shashuka ❌ Tasted like canned baked beans , ❌ (Single!) Egg was poached and not baked ❌ Chorizo tasted stale Chilli Scramble Eggs were ok (flavoursome with a good texture) ❌ Cruffin felt like a squashed toasted stale croissant ✔️ The contrasting crunchy texture of the toasted pastry worked well with the soft scramble Sent feedback to the kitchen about the items on the new menu, hope there is an improvement. Expected more from a restaurant in the Hilton. There were no amendments to the bill in compensation for the poorly described items.

Food and service was amazing. Venue was beautiful, however do wish there were more cocktail options as there were only 2 outlined on the menu. Overall good experience.

Brilliant service as we were running appallingly late due to a flight delay, and the servers accommodated us with 5 minutes to go on their lunch hours. Lovely ambience and the pasta was gorgeous!

From start to finish this experience was exceptional. The wine selection was spot on, the appetizers were spectacular in taste, presentation and inspiration. The meal was topped off with a delicious and unique desert. Couldn’t ask for a better first night in Melbourne.

I did not feel comfortable during my time there. I was not welcomed by the rude staff and felt hurried by them (as if they wanted to get me out as quickly as possible), the restaurant was very empty by the way. The food was good. I would have liked to have more of the buffet breakfast

The Valentine’s Day experience was incredible. The live violinist was a such a vibe (felt like we were on an episode of Bridgerton). Staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely divine. So glad we booked.
