Welcome to Luce Secondo! Luce Secondo is a cutting-edge modern-Italian upscale restaurant located in the heart of Greenbrier in Chesapeake, Va. This is Chef Tony Caruana's newest location with a dining experience that Chesapeake has never seen before. We also feature an elevated beverage program, with craft cocktails and a Sommelier led wine list. We have valet service, an outdoor patio, and a private dining room for all your special events. Everything about our experience was awesome! Service was excellent, they have a great wine list, we turned to the Sommelier for a recommendation and his choice was excellent. The food is amazing everything from the house salad, baked goat cheese. The rack of lamb and the Filet were cooked perfectly. This is now added to the list of one of our favorite places to eat.

Absolutely loved our anniversary dinner at Luce. It came highly recommended and didn’t fail to disappoint. As first timers, we were blown away by the food. Everything we ate was outstanding. And that pistachio cheesecake may have changed our lives it was so damn good. Service was wonderful, the ambiance felt very Miami. Not a quiet dining, intimate experience by any means, but not chaotic either. Great energy and we will be back!

When I walked in I was promptly seated only to wait an hour and 19 minutes. During this time Clara my waitress kept my glass full and checked on us regularly. Food came. It was very flavorful but it didn't come with a side and my tenderloin was no larger than a happy meal cheeseburger. If you are looking to get full this is not the place but if you're looking for an upscale city experience, it's for you!

This was our second meal at Luce secondo, which was excellent! The food, although came a bit late, was delicious- including the apps, main dishes, and desserts. It's definitely a place for special occasions. We think it's one of the best if not THE best restaurant in the area. Thanks to the hardworking cooks and wait staff!

We went here for an anniversary dinner and the night was perfect. The food was excellent, and the service was great. I had trouble selecting the right wine but knew what taste I was looking for. One of the managers narrowed it down to 2 bottles. Needless to say the first one I tried was exactly I was looking for. Like I said, everything was perfect. Plus they had a an awesome band playing jazz music that just made the the night!

This was our first visit to Luce Secondo. The original Luce is a favorite of ours. At this beautifully decorated location, we loved the chicken con strati, the veal chop Milanese, and the veal Saltimbocca. Food was delicious and our waiter, Cole, was great about describing and recommending different dishes. He was attentive and accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

The meal and dinner service was impeccable. The only area that needs to be addressed is that the young lady bartender was not friendly at all. It was a special occasion and we should have been greeted with a welcoming smile.

Luce for the second time. Not bad. Wait time is longer this time than the last, it was a full house but it still kept the ambiance to a nice classy level with a live music, It brought the evening together. Appetizer came out fast but the main dish was at least more than 30 mins of wait time. The drinks from the bar took long as well, but at the end the desserts were pretty quick and didn’t disappoint.

We absolutely loved our first visit to Luce Secondo. The restaurant is stunningly appointed; the decor calls for getting dressed for the evening. The chef offers a variety of authentic Italian foods superbly prepared, and there is something on the menu for every taste. Service was professional yet friendly. Prices were typical for the area, but unlike some nearby restaurants, there were no added"service charges."

We celebrated my birthday @ Luce Secondo and it was very special, as always. Our server Nikia was wonderful, food and wine delicious. Our favorite restaurant in Hampton Roads by far and we visit monthly. Can’t get enough! Food, wine, service and ambiance are all over the top. Already looking forward to the next time!

We came for my son's 16th birthday and everyone had a wonderful time. My father drove in from out of town and he could not stop raving about how delicious his tenderloin was. The service was impeccable although the bar may have been just a little slow BUT we enjoyed everything immensely.

Restaurant decor is really nice, service is too slow. It’s a Monday night and not really busy and our food took over an hour to be served. Way too slow with everything. We ordered octopus for appetizer thinking about our meals in Spain and Portugal from our recent trip. Octopus is tough and and no flavor. I ordered veal saltimboca and it’s also tough as well as my wife’s rack of lamb. My Luce old fashioned cocktail was good and that’s about it. Thumbs down for this restaurant 👎👎👎

Loved the Caesar salad with prosciutto, very much enjoyed the tagliatelle with shrimp and asparagus in lemon cream sauce and my daughter loved the mushroom and sausage rigatoni pasta! We finished our meal with pistachio ricotta cream cake and pistachio cheesecake, amazing!!! What a great way to enjoy our last meal together before moving to Northern Virginia!
