We have a seasonal patio that can seat up to forty dinner guests and is the perfect venue for a summer evening cocktail reception. Luce patrons can park in the Truist Tower parking deck. Entrances are located on 5th and 6th streets in between College & Tryon. We offer two hours free parking validation M-F before 5pm, after 5pm; on weekends parking is free with Luce validation.
Public transit
You can use the LYNX Light Rail Blue Line, get off at the CTC/Arena station, and walk towards 5th Street. Walk west on 5th, one block, to the Truist Center, located on the corner of 5th and College. Luce is located on the Tryon level of the Truist Center. Our entrance is in the Truist Center Lobby, and parking is available in the Truist Center Garage. Use that address as your destination on your GPS if you are driving.

We order the ziti Alla vodka and the gnocchi Alla Sorrentina and both were so good! We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with panna cotta which was so sweet of them.

Don’t ask me why but we hadn’t been to Luce in 20+ years. It is certainly apparent why this restaurant is still going strong! We had a delicious meal and first rate service! We will return sooner for sure!

If there were more stars we would give them! This is such a special restaurant. There are not many restaurants that are all-round excellent. This one is. Our favorite dish is the lobster frutti di mare, but there are always tempting risottos and a to die for osso bucco, plus many more. Don’t wait for a special occasion- just go. The evening will become special regardless!

The halibut was perfect - done but not overcooked. I love the beans that they serve at the beginning of the meal. We had crème brûlée for dessert and it was verr creamy and smooth. Excellent service - friendly but not overbearing.
