   Wonderful meal in lovely surroundings on the balcony area overlooking the wharfside. The service was excellent and the food was delightful. The covered balcony is a superb area for eating on a warm or hot evening. The waiters were attentive, friendly and helpful. Food and drinks came in good time. It was ideal for a pre-theatre meal and looked a great venue for lunches or night time meals.

   Overall is good except One waiter service is not doing well. Food is good.

   Have been to this restaurant several times and normally have a fabulous meal. However on this occasion we sat by the window and we were absolutely freezing cold. When my main meal arrived it was luke warm when I told the server about this she apologised and said that they were making me a fresh one. However when it arrived my half eaton ravioli was still on the plate so they obviously just put it in the microwave. So we were a little disappointed on this visit.

   The restaurant was not very busy and the service was slow Had the monkfish and the sauce was tasteless and congealed like it had been left under a grill it’s normally very good and there was not the normal staff on duty it was a Sunday so maybe there day off

   Had a table for 6. I had the risotto which was delicious. My friends ordered the salmon, which was served on its own and sides were added as an extra. They were disappointed that the meal did not come with the extras as part of the dish as the salmon alone was £22 and then to complete the dish you had no choice, but to add the extras.

   Great experience overall. Greated with big smiles from the waiting staff , had wonderful 2 courses meal with impeccable service. Well done Lucarelli’s team 💪🏻
