   We always have a great meal at Luca West. We drive 45 minutes for dining here and it is worth the drive. Even in the Snow!! Service is great also.

   Amazing service. The servers were available when they needed to be, invisible at other times, and genuinely interested in creating a pleasurable dining experience. The cocktails were some of the best I've had anywhere and the food was very well prepared.

   great food, waitress was fantastic and very personable. pretty pricey but that is just coming from a broke 24 year old. been there a few times and definitely will go back.

    We enjoyed our meal at Luca West :) Our waitress was very attentive and very kind and informative of the menu. The ambiance is not the same as the one Downtown, but the food quality and the service was very similar! We would go back for sure! Don't forget to order the Sachetti appetizer...AMAZING!!

    Food was amazing! There was so many delicious items on the menu. I will have to come back and try something else! It was a little noisier than I thought and some items seemed a bit overpriced but otherwise excellent!

    Very very pricey with mediocre service. Nice but probably. It worth the $$. Bill with tip was $85 for 1 person. That was 1 drink, 1 side salad and 1 entree.

    This was our first visit to Luca West. I had heard about the Sacchetti and wanted to try it. I was not disappointed! The little purses of homemade pasta were delectable and so was the accompanying sauce. My husband enjoyed the breaded pork chop, which was an enormous portion, and we both loved the warm, fresh bread and dipping oil. Our server, Dianna, was excellent. We will return to try other dishes very soon.

    Nice food and service but way too loud!! Noisy and can also hear everyone’s conversation. They should rearrange the dining room and put up some barriers between table groups to make it less like a cafeteria. They need sound tiles in ceiling at the very least. Hard ceiling, floor and walls = very loud room!!

    Service - excellent from start to finish. Staff was attentive and made for a really great experience Food - sachetti appetizer and menu specials (halibut and veal) were excellent Wine - great wine list Would highly recommend for a date night and look forward to the next dining experience.

    The food and service was absolutely wonderful. However, the tables were a little congested, making it slightly difficult to move around the restaurant and creating a noisy atmosphere since there were so many people. Would definitely return to eat here.

    It was our first time, we were celebrating a birthday. First impression as we walked in, beautiful atmosphere just very loud. Staff extremely pleasant when we arrived to check in. Once sat did wait a little before a server came to us but not terrible. Menu looked amazing, just not very kid/teenager friendly. Tables were set beautifully but close to each other. A bit too close of trying to enjoy family time like we were with a table of adults next to us boozing it up and cursing terribly. Noise level was quite high that when trying to talk to server couldn’t hear her much. Food came out in a timely fashion and remaster amazing. The hostess took a picture of us at our table and gave it to us in a card, marking the date and birthday celebration, to take home which was a nice surprise!

    We love Luca West! The food, service and atmosphere are always good. On this occasion we were disappointed in the Lattuga Di Frutti salad which completely lacked any flavor. It had only slithers of pear, very few raisins and walnuts, little gorgonzola and perhaps a few drops of the blood orange vinaigrette.

    Not the place to go if you want to have a real conversation with your guests. At the end of the evening, we were exhausted from having to practically shout across the table to be heard. Tables were too close together and acoustics are pretty bad. Also, build in extra time, as the wait service is exceptionally slow, due to not enough staffing on a very busy evening. I would go back to this restaurant, but ONLY to sit outdoors, which is a significantly better experience. Food was excellent! Wine was overpriced. Oh, and they won't allow you to even "sample taste" a wine to see if it's something you may want to order. We didn't appreciate that this was not something offered to paying customers.

    Our dinner and service were excellent! They adjusted the spice on our scallops and they came out beautifully cooked and delicious. I ordered the traditional bolognese pasta dish and my wife ordered the gnocchi. Both were excellent!
