   Our dinner was excellent. We got shrimp cocktail and seared scallops as our appetizers and both were delicious. Even though my wife and I both wanted to try something we haven't had (this was our second time at Luca West, with a visit to Luca in Cleveland between the 2) , she couldn't resist ordering the veal parmigiana special, which was also a special on our first visit. The veal chop was enormous both times! I couldn't resist the lobster risotto, which was also the risotto dish I got on our visit to Luca in Cleveland. Although pricy, I'll get another full meal out of mine, and my wife, a small eater, would get 3-4 more meals out of hers (although I'll be getting some of that!). Our server, Fatos, was excellent.

   We have eaten at all the ‘Luca’ restaurants many times. Never disappointed. My son and I had the veal while my wife had the scallops both special of the evening. While many places serve Veal Parmigiana this presentation has to be among the best. Only our other restaurant in South Florida comes close. Scallops were large tender and done to perfection. (I only got a small taste) Staff is always excellent. When we entertain out of town guests this is on the list.

   Was disappointed with the service. Felt rushed and my wife had a dairy allergy and was told there were no modifications to the halibut to substitute the sauce for olive oil and lemon. Very disappointing for the cost of the meal and for a restaurant we used.

   Dinner shouldn't be this stressful. The timing was completely off. Our entrees came as we were eating the first course, leaving the servers with no where to put the main meal. Our waiter disappeared and didn't come back until I went to the front check in area and inquired where he was. Our bill was not complicated to split yet it was split incorrectly 3x. I won't be back.

   Arrived on time (7;30) for reservation for my 5th anniversary which I put in the notes which was never even brought up to find they did not have a table for us. They then (7;42) tried to squeeze us in the tiny window tables that were so crowded 2 small children could not fit in, we were then asked by the manager if we needed help and were told for the 3rd time that a table was almost ready. When we were finally seated (7;53), we were handed menus and our server disappeared for roughly 10 minutes before coming back to take our drink orders. We finally got to order and the food tasted warm at best and not freshly cooked. Definitely ruined our anniversary, and did not get so much as an apology. Dress code states business casual, there were people in there wearing shorts sneakers, t shirts and a group of girls that looked about 13 came in wearing ripped shirts and crocs. Very disappointed.

    This was the perfect Mother's Day experience! Our server, Texas, was wonderful, and the food and wine absolutely delicious. Luca West is one of our favorite places to go for a special occasion.

    This was our first time dining here. We arrived at 4:56 and our reservation was for 5 We were asked to leave and wait outside because they werent open there was also other guests there that had to wait outside. After getting inside and getting seated the atmosphere was nice the place filled up quickly and we brought water menus and then we waited over 15 minutes before our waiter finally came. Didnt give us a run down of the specials or ask us if we ever dined there I had to ask what was good also my dinner date has an allergy and asked if there was seeds on the Barratta and he looked and said yes and then he left and he was very short and brought our drinks never asked us if we wanted a refill. Finally when dinner came my lamb chops were overcooked and he was annoyed qhen I told him and he grabbed the plate and left. Then came back with my new plate put it in front of me and front me and didnt wait to see if it was good. My dates dinner was the halibut which was supposed to come with 3 shrimps instead had 2 and a tail but he didnt ask how that one was so that went unnoticed! All in all the place was nice but the experience was not! Paid was too much for nothing. Will not go back again and the service was horrible!

    Went here for my birthday dinner, the wait staff was wonderful, food was outstanding, and the staff even gave me a piece of tiramisu with a birthday candle in it! They also took a really nice family photo and the manager hand signed the photo frame, wishing me a happy birthday. We will definitely be back!!!

    Lola is a great owner and hostess. I first time went to  Luca when they opened their first restaurant, and Luc made us a special meal with wild boar and seafood specially for our anniversary paired with great wine, and we love it and end up buying cases from them. Since that time we have fell in love with them and followed Luca from Canal Road restaurant to Westlake. Great restaurant quality food and it’s really delicacy

    Fabulous food, great service. My only issue is that it is ALWAYS TOO LOUD at Luca West. We won't go there on the weekends due to the noise level.

    This was our first time at Luca West. It is a beautiful restaurant and the food was fantastic. If there is only one suggestion I would like to make would be the nose level. Very loud and it was hard to hear the people at out table. Maybe some noise dampening material on the ceilings would help.

    I’ve been to Luca downtown several times, and was really hoping Luca West would offer a similar experience. It was very noisy inside the restaurant, making it difficult to hear one another. Our service was very poor - our waitress was inattentive and did not come back to our table after our meal was ordered until we had finished our meal and we were ready to leave. We were celebrating an anniversary and appreciated the complimentary dessert, but unfortunately brining a cake to a table that had ordered off the gluten free menu didn’t land well.

    The food and service was great! The noise level was absolutely excruciating to me and my guests. It was really bad. I would highly suggest that you hire and acoustical engineer to resolve the problem. Grazie Mille!
