Reservation for 6:30pm, waited 10 mins and left. Wasn’t reached out to until 7pm to be seated. Never have I been to an establishment that requires a reservation holder to wait 30 minutes to be seated.

Great food and our serviced was exceptional.

Food is unbelievable and the service couldn’t have been better (waiter - Nick). Really nice place for a b-day celebration for party of 8.

Always exceeds expectations

Mixed feelings about this restaurant. Quality of the food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. Only problem we had was the noise, it was very busy which is understandable but it was extremely loud. It was hard to even maintain a conversation with the person I was having dinner with since it was so loud. Towards the end I honestly wanted to pay my check and leave since it was getting to the point where it was bothering me. Had planned to take my parents when they came visit but due to the noise levels I will probably have to go somewhere else. Again, the quality of the food was amazing and our waitress was fantastic. Noise was the down side.

So enjoyed our dinner at Luca West! We had been waiting to visit until we felt a little safer to dine out. The restaurant was spaced out wonderfully , with some open doors (it was 78 degrees out luckily), a beautiful outdoor dining space as well. Our server was gracious and attentive. Food was delicious! Mare was superb! And their wine selection, bread and oil to die for! Perfetto!

The food was excellent and the service was great. I will go back. The background music was a little loud. At times it was hard hearing someone across the table talking. Over all it was a very good dinner. Love the food.

A lovely restaurant, wonderful staff, great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I particularly appreciate all the staff who came to our table to pay their respects to my elderly Mother!

Our table was in a corner, which would be fine ordinarily, but the noise seemed to gather there. Hard to hear my guest. Nothing to absorb sound. Been to restaurant several times and I've had enough for awhile. Looking forward to the patio opening.

our waiter nick was incredible and would go back just for him. He knew the entire menu and could tell us everything about anything. 10/10 experience!

diners should not be allowed flip flops in dining area.

Wonderful restaurant for a first date. Had an excellent time. Waiters were attentive. We were checked on consistently. Ambiance is beautiful. Art work spectacular. Great time all around.

Loved the food and the facilities

The noise level was very high, we could barely hear our friends. This is a very loud restaurant!

This was our second time enjoying the mist delicious food. Our server Reni is the best.

Food was outstanding. Ambiance was elegant. Service could have been a little more attentive but the waiter seemed to have been assigned more tables than usual.

Food was fantastic and service was spot on. I only wish people cleaned up a bit more, but a guess that's not for me to say. Lots of blue jeans etc. Thi sis a pretty high end place.

Server was not very friendly and the table was inappropriate given that I made the reservation 5 days ahead and asked for a quiet table for a first date. They put me right in the middle of the restaurant. I couldn’t even hear my date

The food was fantastic and our server was great. We sat and had drinks first and the bartender was on point! I would highly recommend.

We came to Luca West for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Everything was great right from the beginning.
We were given a really nice table with some privacy and almost the whole restaurant in view.
The waitress, Lori (or Lora?) was very courteous, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
The food was outstanding with the right "Tuscan" touch.
The only minor point of disappointment was the dessert. "Frutti di Bosco" - the berries were A1, but the menu said they would come with Sabayon sauce - and they did not. They had something like a Chantilly cream on it. We were looking forward to a touch of Zabaglione. We will definitely come back!

The food was very sub-par for a restaurant of that supposed calibur. Will not be returning.

My wife and I are somewhat well-traveled worldwide. Meaning, we’ve enjoyed a great many restaurants and a wide variety of foods. Since the opening of Luca West / Westlake, we’ve dined and enjoyed wine at this restaurant on perhaps 30—40 occasions … certainly one of our all-time favorite restaurants. Again, that said, one of the finest restaurants we’ve experienced. The food, the service, the ambiance… one of the best we’ve experienced. In fact, whenever friends / out of town guests visit or stay with us we always dine at Luca’s … and to the couple, they to love this restaurant ….
Something recently we’ve decided to begin, is ordering catered food from Luca’s for parties / gatherings we have at our home. Always equally as wonderful, … if you too want to enjoy delicious, abundant and so nicely presented catered food … be certain to contact Cori / the Catering Manager .. there is no other more accommodating and exacting than Cori .. …..
Additionally, what certainly must also be mentioned is Luca West’s Happy Hour and bar areas, both inside and outdoors, fantastic and more than reasonably priced HH-sized delicious food offerings and if you are lucky enough to have Lily serving you …. you’ll be in the most excellent hands … she is simply the best at attending to both your drink and food needs ….
Again, the above is wholly unsolicited, but should you have questions or want pics to view our recently catered orders, simply contact us …. in closing, while visiting either of their current restaurants, should Luca be your Chef or Lola be available to speak with .. don’t hesitate to do so, these are exceptionally talent driven husband and wife restauranteurs serious about food, wine and service and have demonstrated this fact to us time after time … my wife and I cannot await for the opening of this duo’s seafood restaurant downtown … we’re certain it will round out what can easily be said are food offerings unsurpassed …

Great food and wonderful wait staff. Nice varied selection of food and the Tiramisu was the best.

Everything was amazing from start to finish . Nick was wonderful. The manager also came by to check on us and the food was amazing . Lucas Truly never disappoints !

My husband and I were celebrating our “dateaversary”! We had a very great experience overall, per usual, with Luca West. The staff was very attentive and the food was phenomenal! We always have the best experience when dining here.

First time at this location. Not impressed with the decor and the restrooms are in dire need of an update. Food was alright, but not excellent. I prefer the Cleveland location over Westlake.

Had some issues with the food. Manager was very gracious with the resolution. Would return

All four dinners were prepared perfectly and everyone liked what was served. Service was awesome

Great food, great experience left full and satisfied

We made a reservation a week in advance for 10 people at 8pm for a double birthday celebration. We arrived at 7:50 (entire party) and we told they gave our table away. No calls before hand or voice mail/text. They said the called several times and left VMs, I had to hand them my phone to show this wasn’t true.

They said they would try to get a table together and seemed annoyed. We all felt really uncomfortable and unwanted. The hostess was so rude and the manager was also very short with us.

At 8:45 we were finally seated at a nice table and they did give us a complimentary charcuterie board which was a nice gesture. The service from our waitress was great and the food was really good.

I’d like to offer Luca West advice. I understand you want to confirm large parties are attending but without a voicemail or a text confirmation you can not assume a party is not coming. You need to at least give them a late window to arrive. We arrived early to our reservation and were shut down, dismissed and made to feel like we did something wrong.

There were better ways to handle this. I think we will try the place again as the food was very good. Hopefully this helps the front of the house with future guests.

Our experience was a wonderful one. Very memorable from food to service. Aneesa was our server and she was so on top of everything we needed and did it all with PERSONALITY!! It was the second time for our aunt and uncle who did not have a great first experience at this location and needless to say, we changed their mind after Saturday night.

Drinks were delicious, appetizers were perfect and our meals were divine.

First time dinning at Luca West. I was impressed, I'll be back. Excellent food.
