We came back for a second time because they made my fiancés birthday so special last year and I cannot say the same for this year unfortunately. Server seemed disinterested but food was fantastic

The food & service were excellent. Prices were reasonable. Special shout out to Diana, our server, who did an excellent job. The staff successfully makes the dining experience most enjoyable. Would recommend Luca West to anyone who asks.

We were there on Sat night for an 8:30 reservation. It was honestly so loud, we could not have a conversation at a round 6 top table without yelling. Very low ceilings to begin with, which made it very loud, but then there was also an extremely loud, drunk, obnoxious table beside us that were literally yelling and hooping it up for a birthday. All the wait staff were talking about them and the plan was to expedite food and check. Fine. But we feel we should have been comped an appetizer or dessert at least, but no, only multiple apologies. You need to do better. Won’t be back, which is sad because the food was tasty and our server was great.

My wife’s steak was medium…she ordered medium rare. She was offered a new steak, but turned it down due to time restraints. Also, everyone else had their dinner. A free dessert was offered. That said, Texas, our waitress was super.

I have always enjoyed the patio at Luca West. For the first time I ate inside the restaurant. I found the noice level to be so loud I had to lean forward to hear my wife speak. The tables are also too close to each other and the guy at the next table was practically sitting on my lap. I will keep my visits to Luca West for the summer. In the future the downtown location will be the only other option.

Food and service was good. Restaurant decor was festive and clean however, it was blazing hot inside. Every table has a mini oil lamp which really cranks out the heat. Would have loved to have another drink but I was drenched with sweat and wanted to get out of there.

Such a great experience! We were there for our 1st wedding anniversary and the picture and dessert were such a sweet touch! Food was so good!

Luca West is known for celebration dinners and they again came through with flying colors for my 25 year old son's birthday with the whole family. Incredible meals, formal yet fun atmosphere and excellent and attentive service. And, the bread! (the best this side of Italy). When our server brought out the complimentary dessert for our birthday boy, our table spontaneously erupted into happy birthday song and I'm almost sure I heard other guests joining in and definitely heard clapping at the end. Fun place, excellent food and surrendipitous comraderie with other guest made it a special and rewarding evening!

We had a great time at Luca West! Our server, Sam, was amazing. She was knowledgeable and efficient, but also personable and fun. The food was really good, and the decor is gorgeous. It's open and bright while managing a sophisticated, upscale ambience. The only thing I wish was different is the acoustics. The volume was pretty high.

Thia was our first time at Luca West. The noise level at the restaurant was very loud. Sometimes, it was difficult to hear the others at our table. Our waitress was excellent. Portions were large, and 3 of us felt the meal was very good. I ordered the veal special, and although it was tasty, the veal was tough and chewy, and the mashed potatoes pasty.

Exceptional food. The Burrata, Sacchetti, and beef Carpaccio make for exceptional antipasto. The Wine selection was exception. Enjoyed our choice of an Italian Red from the Piedmont area. The Bone-in ribeye was cooked to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed out dinner. The Service was fantastic.

The service was impeccable. My husband and I shared the barbabiatole (roasted beet salad). It was plenty for the two of us and very tasty. I had the veal piccata, which was one of the specials. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The veal was really tender and tasty. The mashed potatoes were good, but the asparagus was rather woody. My husband had the anatra (roasted half duck). It was tasty, not greasy, but a bit dry. This dish also came with mashed potatoes and woody asparagus. As it was our anniversary, they gave us a complimentary slice of tiramisu, which was delicious. My husband also ordered the cannoli, which the menu stated was supposed to have chocolate chips, but there weren't any. It was a good meal, and I would definitely go back.

Food was delicious. The service was extremely slow and very spotty. The restaurant was not crowded on a Tuesday night so I am not sure why the zombie like food servers or the server were so slow to respond. Almost everyone moved at a zombie like pace.

Luca West is a fabulous restaurant with excellent food. We celebrated our anniversary with our children. Our server was overextended and had way too many tables. The wait to make our drink order was too long. But, we knew the food was worth the wait. Other servers pitched in to make our dining experience great. Despite the early hiccup we had an excellent meal and will return.

We had an amazing time at Luca West. We were in a smaller room off of the main room and it was quiet, candlelit, and the ambiance was what we were looking for our anniversary. Service was excellent as well as the food.
