We love Luc! The food, the ambiance, all of it. This last visit they seemed to be slipping a little in presentation. Hopefully it was a one off. We will be back.
Always a great spot for dinner.
The Best neighborhood gem in Madison Park! Our family enjoys the warm service and consistently great food.
The food is always interesting and delicious... the service is never warm and inviting... pity.
Had a wonderful brunch here! The fresh squeezed juice mimosas were fantastic. Good coffee too.
Food was very good and the waiters were pleasant and had good attitudes, but the service was very slow. It took too long for everything. Just for that, we won't go back.
Always love Luc! Favorite repeat spot!
delighted to have the duck w/chanterelles. tasty cocktail: monsieur pamplemousse
always a pleasure to eat at Luc.
Love the beignets! I like to start brunch with those. Another fave is their Spicy Beet Blood Mary (I ask for more "spicy"). AND I love the foraged mushroom omelette.
We had a great Sunday brunch at Luc. We each had the mushroom and crème omelet which was perfectly cooked and delicious. It came with a mouth-watering veggie hash made from potatoes, onions, some squash (delicata?) and arugula. It wasn't an elaborate or complicated dish, but it could not have been any better. What a great experience!
Simply delicious and great service! Not your average brunch!
We’ve been going to Luc for years! It’s a great restaurant and the staff is always warm and friendly! The food is always excellent, so delicious!
Really wonderful. The carrot vanilla soup was awesome. We really enjoyed our evening.
A friendly neighborhood bistro with great vibes. Good wine list and very accomadating.
The ambience was nice. The place is bigger than it looks! The food was amazing! We went for resturant week and we will be back!
One of our most memorable dinners. Made a reservation for 2 for the 3 of us during opening night of restaurant week. Considering my large mistake they accommodated us at the bar in front of the open kitchen which was a delightful experience for us, particularly for our 4 year old whom got special attention from the Chef/Owner. My wife and I thought our meals were some of the best we have had. We may have to always request the kitchen bar from now on.
Friendly residential area. Warm greeting and ambience. Informal and comfortable.
Outstanding barley risotto and leg of lamb dishes. Save space for desserts featuring local fruits
Everything was fine, but a little pricey. The burger was worth it, though. Service was excellent.
We enjoyed our dinner very much, however we had to send back the chicken because the food was not hot. The cook corrected that and all was well. The place was very crowded on a Sunday early evening which surprised us and made service quite slow.
Great place for upscale casual dining. The food is always delicious. Not inexpensive but considerably less than one might pay at a more upscale restaurant (for the same quality of food and service). Our new favorite restaurant.
Duck was dry and the food only so so. Service was ok, nothing great. Won’t be returning
I think this is our third time at Luc and we have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend it.
Superb French food! And we really appreciate it!
We’ve been a several times with our four kids and the staff have always been accommodating and friendly. One instance other diners moved as soon as we were seated anticipating bad behavior which never came but can’t blame them I guess. Always have had a good experience, good comfort food and wine.
Luc never disappoints. The food and service is excellent it is a cozy. My only (minor) issue is that the portion sizes are a bit small considering the prices. This doesn't keep me from going back though!
Salad was way overdressed but everything else was very good. Luc used to be an exceptional value but their costs are probably going haywire so prices are up. Still, we will be back
Varied menu. Something for everyone!!! French toast is awesome and the mimosas were great.
Everything was delicious, artfully prepared and beautifully presented. Sophisticated flavors.
This was my second trip to Luc. I was just as impressed as the first time. We arrived right at opening on Sunday morning. We were treated like royalty.
We have been enjoying this restaurant for several years. The quality of food and wine is outstanding without being pretentious. Never disappoints!
Fabulous meal and evening. Including wine, tax, and tip was about $100 per person.
Our party of four was impressed with every part of the dinner: wine choice, oysters, salads, entrees, and dessert. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was beautifully prepared.
Luc is my favorite restaurant in Seattle!
Food is savory and consistently delicious!
Wait staff is friendly!
The foi gras was excellent. My husband had the salmon special which was also very good. I had the duck which was overcooked, I sent it back, they brought me a 2nd duck with only a short wait, I did not return it a 2nd time. It was better than the first try but slightly undercooked..
Service was excellent
We reserved for five and called to make it seven about 45 minutes before dining time. They were very accommodating. In addition, we had a vegan and a vegetarian in our party. The chef made a delicious dish for them. The rest of us had fish, lamb, barley risotto, duck and beef bourgignon. Every single dish was excellent and service was great!
Always excellent, and never disappoints.
Recommend everything from the hamburger to the salmon.
Great meal and service. The fish special was excellent, drinks strong and my friends loved what I call French comfort food. Quiet and attentive service kept us talking and enjoying ourselves after really long difficult life events before this dinner. The power went out and more candles arrived with no pressure to go. (Two of us deal with food safety professionally so we could only imagine the dancing behind the scenes...). Anyway, we like this neighborhood place a lot. We can always talk with friends, enjoy the food navigate a small curated menu well. Thanks Luc!
Four different entrees, each got raves. Best fries in Seattle.
Luc was a favorite for brunch, however we were disappointed to see the menu was not as extensive as before. The French Onion Soup was tasty but not piping hot.
LUC is our go-to restaurant. The food is always of the highest quality. The staff is always the best. Just go and enjoy.
