Open Terrace with a casual, romantic, and friendly atmosphere. At our bar, You will find original cocktails created specifically for our environment but classic cocktails are always available. Local Artisanal Beer, Mezcal, and other Spirits produced in Mexico have a special spot on our bar menu.

Our food menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, using fresh local products and ingredients. Our dishes rotate constantly according to season and availability.

The wines listed on our menu are thoughtfully selected to match our food. We support local winemakers but an interesting, precise selection of wines from all over the world is available for your enjoyment.

One of the best restaurants in the San Jose Del Cabo area . The food is fabulous and service is beyond impeccable. Great seafood and other entrees . Make sure you save room for some fantastic desserts .

It was a Monday night and the restaurant we intended to visit was closed, but we were grateful it was because we found Lua Del Mar and had a great meal. The grilled octopus and crab-cake starters were wonderful, made better by the recommended wine (a Montefiori from Valle de Guadalupe - always looking for a good Mexican wine to try). All of the main courses were great (the steak needed to be sent back for a little additional grill time - no problem) and service was quick and well done. Finished with a shared dessert - we will be back!

A beautiful courtyard restaurant with great lighting and ambiance. The food was delicious and the waitstaff was very friendly. A great find, we highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Our first time visiting and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed three lunch items including the guacamole, fresh oysters and the mussels with fries. The dinner menu looked wonderful so we will be returning.

We have dined at many San Jose del Cabo restaurants and honestly nearly all are spectacular. However Lua del Mar is at a quality of its own. The French chef chef creates delectable dishes. From the guacamole with the seasoned chips to the extraordinary roasted chicken which was large enough to share for two and still have a bit more for tomorrow's breakfast! It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Cuban Expresso Coffee Ice Cream topped with chocolate syrup was of course delicious. I had a wonderful cocktail with White Porto, St. Germaine and tonic that I am anxious to try when we are home.We met the chef and he was as gracious as the food he creates. Our waiter,Uriel could not have been more ready to please. The atmosphere is open air and one feels like they are in some tropical paradise. The marble tables and decor-wonderful! We shared everything we ordered and walked out very full and satisfied...the entire meal with drinks came to $100...very reasonable for what we would call a 5-Star Restaurant. This restaurant is about two minute walk from Las Mananitas and a one minute walk to the Hyatt.

The ambience is over the top. This is our second visit. The owners are there and they are taking care of all the details.

Over all this experience was awesome. The only down fall food wise was the lamb was tough but the flavors were delicious. The wines were a little pricey also.

Wonderful food, great service! Jesus was perfect and answered all our questions, very good service all around. Even w the heat, sitting outside at dark w fans and all the cool lights it was really nice. The chef prepares amazing flavors w each dish and we would come back for sure! Def ask for Jesus as your waiter-he gave us great reccs for after dinner drink and music locations too
