Our server Sam did a great job getting our orders as we requested, serving us promptly, and frequently coming by the table to see if we wanted anything. He was also pleasant, always a plus!

Overall we had a good experience, I was expecting a bit better food, we were seated right by the front entrance, and quite breezy.

Pig Candy is my new favorite! 3 of us ordered the same steaks and asked for same cook temp of medium. We got 1 rare, 1 medium and 1 well done. Good service but a little slow replacing drinks.

We enjoyed our meal with out of town guests. We tried a variety of dishes: cheese burger, white salad, avocado tacos, and cozy pot pie. Our server was delightful and attentive to our needs. Lulu's is a busy place, with tables quite close to each other, it feels crowded and was a little too loud for me.

the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup was outstanding...can't wait to order again. The chicken pot pie was disappointing in that there but a few pieces of chicken and the gravy was not thick but a broth style mixture...would not order again. The fish and chips were tasty as was the club sandwich. We ordered chips and were assured they were homemade....their idea of chips is french fries not like potato chips house made

Honestly spent $100 and we felt like we chose the wrong restaurant to spend our money at. The lobster Mac and cheese was way too seafoody taste. My wife ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and it was such a small portion and for $20. Other than the appetizer of zucchini, the food was very disappointing. Our server was great! She was on top of our drinks and etc.

Lu Lu's serves great food in a comfortable atmosphere. I prefer it over Anthony's (next door) because the noise level is more moderate. While it has a nice view of the water, the harbor view cannot be compared to the view you see from Cedars (Kennewick) where you can watch an amazing sunset with the Blue Bridge in the background. I dined with a friend at 6:30pm, on Friday night in December. The place was packed! Our waiter was outstanding. The Pig Candy and Lobster Mac & Cheese were divine. My Steelhead and Smashed potatoes were delightful, but the roasted seasonal vegetables were very under cooked. In all fairness, I did not complain to the waiter. My friend and I were hungry, and just wanted to get on with our conversation. I also did not realize that the wooden benches in the booth were not padded. My friend and I suffered from "Numb Butt Syndrome" as we left the dining room. I will definitely ask for a table next time.

Our party of 4, ranging in age from 29 to 56, had a great time. Service was excellent, food was delicious, ambiance was great. One steak was ordered rare and was cooked perfectly rare. The Reuben was scrumptious. We loved everything about Lu Lu’s!

Our waitress was great as was the food. The manager on that evening, however, was rude, argumentative and condescending. When we checked in I asked if our table was accessible for a family member with a walker. He sarcastically said all their tables are. Then we were seated at a table for 4 even though our reservation was made for 5 people. We asked this same person if we could move to a larger table or add a table and instead of accommodating our request or apologizing, stood and argued with us , as if our request was unreasonable and irritated him. If this is management it made me wonder about the rest of their customer service. But, our waitress was very kind.

Great river view location. Server was very attentive. My favorite was the LuLu White salad with grilled chicken.

The staff and our server were wonderful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The view is gorgeous, and with the restaurant being on the water, I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. If you were going for drink and appetizers, this place would be great. Dinner was just ok. I hate saying it because I really wanted to like it more. First, the good, Pig Candy was AWESOME. If you like bacon and the sweet/salty combo, you’ll want two orders (maybe more). They have a 10 Barrel Brewing Lager on draft that is made just for the restaurant and it was quite good. The Brussels Sprouts appetizer was good, but the Brussels spout were a little on the par cooked side for my preference, however if you have a strong jaw, they had good flavor and the yummy bacon on top. The fish and chips were also pretty good, crispy but not over battered or too heavy. The pimento cheese and tomato soup was “meh”. The saving grace was the crunchy cheese crust on the outside of the bread on the sandwich. I had two major issues with this meal, there is a cold slice tomato in the middle of the sandwich. Not only did it disrupt the ooey gooey effect of a warm, rich grilled cheese...it made it cold! You bite into this beautiful looking sandwich and are left with a cold, chunky, mushy sensation. Not what I was expecting, and not really good. The soup was also essentially just a bowl of diced tomato, with some seasoned tomato water and a dash of cream with a bunch of croutons on top that absorb all the water and cream. Sadly, It’s not pleasant to look at or to eat. Tomato soup should be creamy, and rich. I had envisioned a rich bisque I could dip my sandwich into. No, there was no real way to dip the sandwich into tomato chunks and soggy croutons. Another thing to note was that everything was very heavily salted, Making this local restaurant taste like your average chain that used prepackaged sauces and shelf stabilized foods. Overall it was OK.

Special diet requirements...keto diet type food. The fish and zucchini/squash were all delicious.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our meal at all. Our prime rib meal was not seasoned at all. I have never put so much salt and pepper on my food as I had tonight. Very disappointing.

Excellent food, quick service.

Great farm to table food. The fries were definitely fresh potatoes. Our carrot appetizer was superbly delicious and again, locally grown. The Ahi Tuna burger was cooked perfectly!

This is one of my favorite places in all the Tri-Cities. Fantastic food, wonderful friendly service, and a picturesque location. My go to place for a nice dinner with friends and colleagues.

I would only recommend LuLu Craft Bar +Kitchen for appetizers and drinks. Those were excellent. We had Pig Candy and chips and dips, The steelhead dip was wonderful. The 12 oz steaks were poor cuts of meat that were over cooked. The chicken was dried out.

Everything was excellent, being able to reserve ahead of time was awesome. We were seated before our reservation time. We had prime rib and a rib eye and they were easily the best we had eaten in the area. It is however a little on the pricey end. I expect to pay more for a great steak but I felt like the appetizers and drinks were excessive.

I’d recommend Lu Lu’s because of the great location. Really an amazing sunset over the marina, with a great view from nearly anywhere in the restaurant. Especially the patio.
That being said; the service really doesn’t match up with the price. Staff was friendly, and the food tasted good, with some great options in the menu. But the staff was just seemingly inexperienced. Drinks for the table were delivered w the meal. Forgotten about...as the appetizer came before the drinks. The waitress promptly returned with drinks as well as the entree. Also, someone really needs to dust the patio ceiling. Tons of spider webs when we were there. After noticing them, I began looking more closely and there were spiders hanging from the ceiling all over the place. No one else seemed to notice. So, no harm, almost no foul.

It was my family's first time, we were celebrating a bday. My husband and I meet an employee and he talked about LuLu and we knew we had to try. For a busy evening the service was great. The food was amazing everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We will be returning soon. Thank you for a great dining experience.
