It was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
Awesome food and fantastic service. This is my go to place when I want good food, good drink, and great company with friends!
I love LULU’s. I often choose it for important meetings, dates, and celebrations. I’ve never had an issue before there and honestly this is really just a tip. The seating is so close together that it was hard to get away from the stench coming from our neighboring table. Their body odor was so bad and because the tables are so close it was hard to get away from it. I know this was not your fault and obviously you can’t turn away customers for their odor, but maybe spread the layout out a bit. If possible! The food, service, atmosphere (other than the scented customer) was all great!
Expensive. Limited and unimaginative menu. Food was not fresh/ poor quality/ not visually appealing or tasty. We are not local and hoped for a special meal but were extremely disappointed. Location is lovely. Look for another option on the waterfront.
We just love the variety available on the Sunday brunch menu. Very delicious and with a great view. We will be back again.
We are usually brunch-ers at LuLu, but every now and then we go for Dinner. We always have a fantastic experience.
Cassandra is a keeper. Her hospitality was top notch!
Awesome food, great service, good prices. What more could you ask for?
We recently enjoyed a family dinner at Lulu's. We had chicken and waffles; fish and chips; and the Steelhead plates. The food was delicious, although the grilled zucchini on the Steelhead plates were cold (thus left uneaten).
The food was tasty and served in a timely fashion except the main course came out before the soup was finished. Likely our fault for being more engaged with our conversation than our food.
Was very pleased with the menu as I had some Seattle friends visiting for winery visits. A welcome spot for the needy Tri-Cities!
Great place with a beautiful view and tasty food. It was my first time having some family visit since moving to the Tri Cities, but I sadly let them down. I believe that if there is a special on a menu (which servers suggest) it shouldn’t be sold out by 5:45pm on a Saturday... when it supposedly begins to get served at 5pm. Terrible planning.. they were definitely disappointed.
Like that LuLu’s sources locally, food, beer and wine. Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Very kind, personable staff. Great value. Ample parking.
Awesome food. Great service. On the Columbia River.
Food was great and the service was even better , great place to eat.
Great place & great food! Ordered the Fried chicken & waffles & it was yummy.
we went to your place 2 nights in a row. I have told everyone about it and recommend it very much. thanks to Gabriel our waiter the first night is why we returned. thank you
Marge McArthur and Cliff McArthur
Food was just okay but more like an industrial franchise. Nothing bad, nothing good.
Everything was great - just ask not to be seated in the center aisle, front and center for everyone to bump into you!
Restaurant has gone down hill in all respects-do not plan to return.
Good casual restaurant. Lovely when you can eat on the patio. Waiter was attentive. Will definitely go back.
Need an upgrade on the fries. They had a stale texture. Otherwise everything was great
Outstanding food and fantastic service! All right on the Columbia River.
We selected this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday while on a visit to the Tri-Cities. We made the reservation a few weeks prior to our visit. When we arrived, they put us in a corner table, by the window, overlooking the outdoor service desk? They did allow us to move, but only one table. Thought that was a disappointing place to seat us, considering it was a special occasion, the reservation was made weeks earlier, and the restaurant was pretty much empty (it was a Monday evening.) The service was fine, my husband enjoyed his dinner. My soup was good, but the fish in my fish and chips had way too much breading. I had to leave most of it. While I would recommend this restaurant to others, it is unlikely we would return on our next trip to the area.
Great food and even better service all packaged in a great location on the Columbia River.
Large spider web outside above our table. Outside patio needs a wash down...too many webs above sitting area
The cocktail menu is a little lacking, but the food was excellent! I had the steelhead and my husband had the steak/steelhead combo. We will return! Highly recommend.
We had a excellent dinner it was fun and the drinks were spot on,the only thing was our waitress that took our order didn’t bring our order or come back to the table to ask how our food was or refill our water or ask if we would like another drink.
Food was great, service was great, and the waterfront view was beautiful. We were seated on the outdoor patio which was very nice.
My reservation requests were met as well as possible - window table, quiet corner, but because of the noise level and our hearing abilities as Seniors, we probably will not return, unless it can be on the Patio on a high quality weather evening. Enjoyed the first time experience otherwise.
The restaurant was extremely noisy compound by the open kitchen with the expediter constantly screaming.
My steak was terrible. It was advertised as 12 once but it was 10 onces at best. It was over cooked and tough. I have had better steaks from Albertsons.
My wife’ rib dinner showed up shortly after she was served her salad. The ribs were also tough.
Overall a terrible restaurant.
The fish and chips were not good, the Cole slaw was just weird, and the tomato soup was odd. There were 3 of us and no one enjoyed the food. The space itself is open and loud with no dress code so you’ll see lots of interesting attire. The location overlooks a boat ramp; what more can I say?
We were told that the price was high but worth it. We found it not to high and well worth it.
Once again they exceeded our expectations. Josh, our server was fantastic and the food was great!
Absolutely loved this place! The menu offers such a variety, everything we ate was amazing. The calamari and pig candy and German chocolate sundae were outstanding!
A very pleasant and delicious lunch.
Food was outstanding - crab hash, waffle and chicken biscuit sandwich all great. The waffle really needs to come with the choice of a meat for the price though and the service was slow getting to food to us and snippy when asked why other tables with more guest that sat and ordered 10+ minutes after us had gotten their food already.
Great ambiance and food though so it luckily balances itself.
One of the nicer places to dine in Tri Cities. A bit noisy during crowded times. Interesting menu of cocktails to explore. The cucumber basel gimlet was a delight.
Always good food and service! Love going! Wish it was more wallet friendly I’d go more often, water and a burger $20! Whew!
First of all I have to say the bar service is appalling! This is the second time we have visited and sat around the bar and after getting one drink you are completely ignored - no one comes and asks if you want another drink (the staff concentrate on the new people coming in and ignore the ones already there even if they are right at the side of the new people with empty glasses!). This issue really lets the place down and the staff obviouly need some serious improvements.
Once we left the bar area (we had arrived early for a reservation) we went into the main dining area. Our server was polite and very effient. We received our food in a timely manner and was checked up on regularly without it being too much). I ordered the Fish & Chips which was excellent and my wife ordered the Steelhead which again was excellent.
We enjoyed the location and food so we will not "give up" on this place just yet. They just need to fix the bar staff and it would be great.
