Unfortunately had a pretty lousy experience last night. Planned on going to sit outside in the patio which was nice. After ordering our drinks came right away and we’re pretty good, but the food took forever to arrive. The appetizers were ok, but then had to wait another very long time for our mains to arrive. At first we thought the kitchen was just backed up, but when the food finally arrived it was cold and soggy. The steak noodle salad had wilted lettuce some noodles were crispy and others were soggy. The fish and chips was almost inedible due to being too salty and the fries were also too salty but also cold and soggy. Lastly the steak was also cold. Finally one in our party had also ordered a Caesar salad and it never came. We were very disappointed and don’t plant to go back again. Too bad!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your visit fell short of expectations, especially when you were hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio. Delays in service, missed items, and cold food are not the standards we hold ourselves to, and your feedback is being taken seriously. We understand how frustrating it is to wait only to be disappointed when the meal finally arrives. That’s not the impression we want to leave, and we’re looking into what may have gone wrong that evening so we can prevent it from happening again.

Whenever my family or friends and I visit the Tri-Cities; we always have lunch or dinner at Lu Lu restaurant. The food is 4+ stars with delicious drinks and an amazing outdoor view of the water and mountains. Great place to relax and make memories.

We love this place. However, the food decreases in quality when it's busy. Service is always great though.

We had the Fish and Chips with the fried zucchini as an appetizer and a Cesar Salad. The zucchini was delicious and the fish was golden and crispy. The only remark is the fries could have been more crisp. They were a bit soft. Everything else was great. The waitress was very attentive and helpful.

The food and service at the table was amazing! Our server was very attentive and kind. We had reservations and waited for over 20 minutes and I had to ask what was going on, they were seating parties that were showing up after us. They did not ask us, they just let us sit there. Once I spoke to one of the hosts she informed me she already sat another party under my reservation and would see what she could do? The host stand workers were not a good first impression. Beyond that, it was great!

Food was very good. Staff were very responsive . The server made the dining experience most delightful. She was very helpful, her presence was great and very kind indeed. Being an older person, the noise made it difficult for conversation. Great people and food.
