Service was bad. Has been the past 4 times. Need to ask for things multiple times. Our server wasn’t checking on us frequently enough not even close and we were constantly looking for her or asking a nearby server for help but that didn’t seem to help either. The food was delicious just like every other time. Service needs to be worked on though tremendously.
Would come back.
Excellent service! Only complaint is too much fat on the short ribs.
Service poor long time to get cocktails each time ordered wait staff friendly
Beautiful ambience. Music was a little loud. Delicious food. Awesome restaurant!
From beginning to end, awesome experience, the Branzino was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect combination with the capers and mashed potatoes, so delicious, my burger was perfect, Troy was my server, he was kind and amicable, very pleasant experience.
EasterRatings tell it all. Worst food in Bergen county
Everything was great except the service. We had a gentleman say hello and take our initial water order (tap vs bottle) but walked away as my dad was trying to ask him a question about the menu. A different gentleman filled our glasses with tap and was quiet so we didn’t give him our cocktail order because we figured he wasn’t our waiter. Well the first guy truly disappeared. I kept looking around at every part of the restaurant and didn’t see him anywhere. We were certainly getting annoyed as we wanted to put in a cocktail and app order and it had been at least 8 minutes without even seeing him. Finally I see him walk out from the back and straight past our table to chat with another table. I think the second server realized we were agitated because he came over and took our order. We decided to forgo the starter because they had taken so long. It was just a nightmare. Rushed, not responsive, no one actually introduced themselves as our server. There’s definitely a lot of potential as the restaurant is beautiful and the food is good. The hostess was so sweet! But the servers need to be sharper.
We celebrated Easter here with our family. Overall it was very enjoyable. The sushi we ordered for appetizer was presented very nicely, but had way too much lemon zest. My husband ordered the wagyu strip steak It was beyond charred on the top which really ruined the experience of wagyu My daughter had the filet mignon which was charred as well. My son had the wagyu rib eye and his was delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the grilled prawns and my son’s girlfriend had the mixed grill, both dishes were very good. For dessert we had the salted caramel popcorn sundae, the chocolate peanut butter mousse Easter egg and the chocolate cake. The chef sent out a celebration cake for us as well which made us feel better about the dissatisfaction with the steaks. The service could have been much better, but it was a holiday and we weren’t in a rush so it was fine. Overall , it was a nice time
Easter Lunch, was our first time there and we had a great time we sat out side the hostess was so nice and pleasant making us feel welcomed. Our meals were delicious especially the octopus salad. We will definitely will return. Great food and service
Love the whole vibe in the resto!! Even the playlist last Sunday was sooo cool
AMAZING FOOD!!! THE POP OVERS.... SHEESH!!! My wife and I order the Shrimp/Grapefruit Sushi, Wedge Salad w/ Bacon and the Burger and Fries...,, ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE MEAL!!! Going back is definitely a must!
Meal was way overpriced, especially the drinks. A tiny (maybe 5 oz?) drink was $17! The wine was also way overpriced—instead of a 100% mark-up, which is expected, it was more like a 400% mark-up! We were also up-charged for name brand liquors we did not request. The server was not knowledgeable about the menu items; we asked whether a certain dish contained a particular allergen, and he said it did not. At least 15 minutes later he returned and told us that it DID have it, forcing us to changed our order. He also did not know what what “gluten free” meant and whether dishes were or were not gluten free (nor were there indications on the menu, very unusual in this day and age). Filets were not cooked to specification—both filets ordered came out medium rare, when one was ordered “blue” and the other medium. Very few choices for gluten free side vegetables; the side dish menu was very limited as a whole (no baked potato? at a bar and grill?). The onions rings were inedible, extremely doughy and greasy. All in all very disappointing. We will not be returning.
Always awesome in all ways! Food, ambiance, service are top notch. You feel like you are at an NYC hot spot!
Everything pretty good other then understaffed and poorly trained employees.
Overall a great experience! The food, atmosphere, and service were all on point.
We arrived greeted by Jacob. We received chipped plates on the setting of the table large gauges were noted we thought were ash trays. they replaced this set of chipped plates with additional chipped plates. Dessert was served with a final chipped espresso cup not able to drink. Jacob got the manger who’s initially responded with attempting to recover service offering to remove drinks. But then she became condescending and minimized the experience by stating “ for a new restaurant tell me where you can find a perfect restaurant “ actually that is what we are accustomed to visiting. This will be our very last visit Please tell the GM perfect service can be found in Vakra in Ramsey. Bacri grill Washington township many others.
Sorry but you have much work to do to stand above the best. Food was good seems they are overwhelmed.
Will never go back. Food was good, not excellent and not awful, just good. Prices are an insult for the food and atmosphere they provide, you can get a better steak at Outback for half the price, and really the steak was no better than Outback. What really turned me off was that my $49.00 10oz fillet mignon came with fries, and when I asked for mashed potatoes instead (on the menu) they told me no substitutions. So I pay $49 for a steak and you can't put a scoop of mashed potatoes on the plate instead of french fries!? Go back to restaurant school and learn the Hospitability Business.
What a fun experience! Very pretty inside, excellent service, and the food and dessert were wonderful! The homemade hot popover was insanely delicious. Everything we ordered had great seasoning and spice and all was cooked perfectly. Don’t skip dessert! The berry crepe soufflé with lime yogurt was awesome and surprisingly light.
Great food, great service. High end experience, unpretentious, beautiful, delicious.
Outstanding food, great service!
Angie was very on point! Please ask her not to discuss politics! She is not well informed and that could possibly be due to her age or economic awareness! Otherwise she is a very cheerful person an attentiveness!
We dined there on a Monday night. I understand that Monday’s are a bad day to dine out...restaurants put their newest staff on but this was ridiculous. I booked a birthday dinner and asked for your best table. We were seated at the booth in front of the kitchen.... no biggie the booth was comfie, and the kitchen action could be a plus. We had a young guy as a waiter who we later observed had many of the tables on our side of the restaurant. No mention of the special occasion. No attempt at small talk, etc. Ok, perhaps he’s busy or just really new. He got our water order but It took him a long time to come take our drink order. About 15 mins. I raved to my cousins about the popovers...couldn’t wait for them to taste them. After another long period of time, our waiter was back to take our order. At the same time someone else hurriedly drops off our drink order. As we began giving the waiter our order, another waiter reaches IN BETWEEN my cousins from behind the booth without so much as an ‘excuse me’ and plops down the bowl of popovers at the edge of the table between them. I comment. “Wow very interesting”. The waiter never blinked an eye and just kept taking our order. No acknowledgement of the rude service. I look at the popovers.... OVERDONE! My cousin can’t even eat hers because of how hard it was and the insides had no bread. Awful. We order a wedge salad and crab cakes for apps and a few dishes of sushi as dinner. The sushi comes first, then the salad and crab cakes shortly after. I mention the timing to our waiter who instead of just apologizing, tells me that I should have told him how we wanted the food to come out. At that point, we were so thoroughly annoyed and I felt as though I were in some alternate universe. My 1st 3 experiences were amazing. I realize in service, you can’t always get it right but to get it ALL wrong is just amazing. We didn’t even order dessert...for a birthday dinner. Not a manager in sight. Do better.
Excellent return to LT's for a lunch meeting! Excellent Chef creations for a tasty meal!
Everything was delicious and our waiter was very helpful and personable.
The highlights of the meal were the Dragon and shrimp sushi rolls, grilled octopus and the burger. The short rib, fillet and rib eye were also good. The fries could use less salt but that a small detail. Love the popovers! I'd definitely go back for another occasion.
We absolutely loved the food and the safe protocol during COVID. We felt very safe. Wine list a bit expensive; we are used to same level of food and service at BYOB’s. Helps with the bill. Definitely will go back! Great place!
Great food great service. Very comfortable place for lunch or dinner. Sushi is very good.
Great food and service. Drinks a bit pricey especially wine pours a bit small at the price.
This is my fourth time dining at this restaurant and I have not had anything that was less than stellar! The steak is cooked to PERFECTION every time and the service is impeccable.
Fantastic food. Outstanding service. Never disappointed.
Great atmosphere and food was good. Server was nice but service was awful. Had to ask multiple times for each course. Water was scarce at best. Brought coffee with no cream. Asked for cream never came.
Spending a lot of money on good food. Will give its Covid but have to find and train staff better for a restaurant charging these prices and of this caliber in Bergen county.
We had such a lovely dinner at LT Grill. From our waitress, who was the sweetest, to the amazing food and drink and the great ambiance, our dinner was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely be back!
Our waiter was Anthony who was wonderful. Special dessert was a tart delicious.
Kudos to Chelsea who is always so friendly.
Really enjoyed the food. Ate outside which was really lovely.
Unfortunately two of the 4 steaks were over cooked and we received our sides after we finished the entree. Although they took off the sides and one of the steaks still came out to a pricey dinner considering the questionable quality. This was the second time I have been here and the first time the steaks were perfect. Inconsistent product is disappointing.
The food is delicious. We shared 2 appetizers. Amazing. The first drink ordered had flat soda. Decided to get a glass of wine instead. The drink was never removed from the table. The popovers that are proudly highlighted as a traditional starter never came to our table. After we finished our entree’s, the hostess asked if we enjoyed our meal. We wondered why we didn’t get any popovers. She apologized and asked one of the waiters to get us some immediately. Well, 20 minutes later, he walked by us with popovers for other tables. We had requested our bill 3 times, and then decided to go up to the host stand to pay. The hostess again apologized for the popover issue and sent the manager over to us. She couldn’t have been nicer and removed the drinks from our bill. Very generous. We also received 3 popovers to take home. But, that drink that was not removed from our table was still on the bill. The waiter should have had it removed before we received the bill. I’m hoping it was just a difficult night for the waiter. He was very nice, but appeared overwhelmed. We have reservations again on Friday night. Will know that the food will be outstanding, hopefully the service will be more on point.
I think you should review the quantity of wine you pour per class. I don’t mind paying $24 for a hamburger because you do an excellent job and there is value for money. But on the other hand with regards to a glass of wine I don’t mind what you charge but I think you should be more generation how much you pour.
The food was so delicious ; I’ll recommend for any occasion
Katherine was terrific. Great food and great service
