Stopped in Lowell's after a morning of harbor tour and the Seattle Aquarium. Was able to quickly get seated upstairs. And food came up quickly, considering it was a busy lunchtime in the Market. (It's a nice arrangement for ordering, getting a seat, and then being served. Only tough thing was seeing singles camped out at waterfront tables for four, taking their time with WIFI, etc.) Food was OK. And price was reasonable for location and offering.
