Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
LC Home Made Peach Cobbler
The food was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The crab cakes melted in your mouth and the deviled eggs were fabulous. You could give a little more Brussels sprout since they are sharable. My waitress had a bit of an attitude when we were asking questions, other than that very good food
Thank you so much for joining us! We hope to see you again in the near future.
Excellent food, great service. Can't wait to go again!!
We are thrilled you enjoyed your experience! Please come again soon.
We are so glad to hear you loved it! See you again soon!
Excellent service! Delicious food! Great cocktails! Added surprise & delight engagement by Chef/Owner!
Perfectly cooked steaks with fresh sides. The staff could be more polished.
Wonderful steak house!! This one seasons the meat as well as aging! Great service as well!
Thank you for the great feedback!!
Great atmosphere, really nice vibe. Service was excellent- Della was great, and we were able to meet Chef Garvin
Thank you so much for joining us!!
Parking is confusing, service is slow, food quality of steaks is disappointing compared to other deluxe steak houses.
Great food, too overpriced though. G Garvin sorta rude
Excellent customer service and quality with great-tasting food.
The entire experience was phenomenal!! Our server recommended delicious options and he was so friendly. The menu is a la carte and reasonably priced. We loved everything we ate!! Chef Garvin walked around the dining room to greet guests, which was a pleasant surprise. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend. I will certainly return!
Excellent food, superb service, great Midtown location.
Took a friend who had never been and she was blown away! She loved every part of her meal and she thought the atmosphere was spectacular. She even commented that the “bread pudding “ was like no bread pudding she had ever tasted. She will be back.
Was disappointed in the Brussel sprouts as they were just skins. Share size sides were small and the service was friendly but not attentive. I never received my salad and by the time the table was finished with their salad I was told they were working on mine. It regularly took 10+ minutes for drinks and we had to ask for water. We routinely witnessed the wait staff chatting in the corner. Not the experience expected for the price.
Ate here recently for a celebratory dinner. Included the celebration in the reservation and told the hostess upon check in, but there was no acknowledgement which was disappointing. Service was prompt but attention to detail lacking- the little container they use to serve the soup and other items were left next to me, despite them clearing other dishes. White rose soup, steaks, sea bass, Mac and cheese, and Brussel sprouts were good. The sides were on the smaller side though- you can share between 2 people but not 3 like they suggested, and were a bit pricey for what you got. There aren’t many steakhouses in the area so this is a decent option.
I loved it and will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and the service was great.
Great place for a birthday dinner! Foo and service were excellent.
Fantastic venue for a birthday celebration 🎉! They made this day memorable and special for my boyfriend. The rosemary chicken is legendary! Thank me later!
We took my BFF for her birthday and it was our first time there. It was an amazing experience. Starting with the server, Sylvia who was super attentive, warm and friendly. Our cocktails were absolutely perfect! We had crab claws that were flavorful down to every shell. The entrees were the sea bass, and the ribeyes. The fish was delightfully buttery with a slightly sweet sauce that was soo delicious. The ribeye steak was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked to my desired temperature. We were disappointed that the doughnut bread pudding was not available but Sylvia assured us that her recommendation of the red velvet soufflé would not disappoint. She was so right! It was absolutely divine. We were thoroughly pleased with our first visit and look forward to an encore.
The servers/waiters feel they need to remove mask to talk in additional when not on, the mask is below the nose.
They always run out of the special for the day, unacceptable.
Best favored profiled food, I have ever eaten! So superb!
Wonderful place to eat and the staff was amazing..
The food and service was great! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Atlanta.
The food that was prepared properly was tasty. It is obvious that the chef and those in the kitchen have a talent for flavors and seasonings as things were flavorful and delicious. The cocktail we tried (the low country collins) was well-balanced and refreshing.
Let's start with what is likely the most egregious error that a steakhouse can make. We ordered two filets, one to be prepared medium-rare and one to be prepared medium. Both steaks were woefully undercooked bordering on a blue rare. While not my preferred preparation, I accepted this for medium rare; however, to present this as a medium steak is a huge misstep for a steakhouse. We sent that steak back to be cooked further. When it came back out, it was definitely closer to medium, but still around medium rare. We sent the steak back again and decided we wouldn't request to get it back after a third heating, just asking that it be removed from our bill (which it was). The second issue with the steaks is that the chef topped them with a chimichurri. The problem here is that it isn't mentioned anywhere on the menu. What if someone is allergic to parsley!? The third issue we had was that the menu online includes items that are not available at the restaurant. This is fine since there are seasonal items, but a chicken pot pie and a petit filet mignon are seasonal? The fourth issue (and far more minor) was when we ordered a tanqueray and tonic, as tanqueray was listed as an available spirit on the menu. The bar had run out of tanqueray, which happens, but why is it listed on the menu? The final issue was the extremely odd way that our server brought our check and hovered over us while we were chatting until we placed our credit card in the check book. I understand wanting to provide quick service but this just felt exceedingly odd and uncomfortable. We were hoping for a better experience as we live nearby and love a good steak, but this first impression was not worth chancing a second.
Very good food and great service. Really enjoyed the filet. Very tender could cut easily with a butter knife.
Excellent food, location, and friendly service staff.
When I walked in I was greeted warmly which made me feel welcomed. I had reservations so I was taken to my seat right away. Our server was sweet and engaging. I ordered the salmon medium with mac and cheese. It was tasty but not medium so I let my server know and within minutes it was replaced. My salmon was so delicious it melted in my mouth. I wanted it to be a little bit bigger though. The mac and cheese was amazing. The drinks were excellent. The ambience was just right to me. My over all experience was phenomenal.
The food and experience was great, however the valet parking situation was not. The app offers a pay cash at the station option. Upon arrival I ask if that was okay. The attendant reply no but if you put the cash on the counter I want say anything. I offered to get my own car. I had to wait for the attendants to clear the other 5 vehicles out of the way because their station shares the same entrance as the apartment residence with only one way in. Really poorly executed and planning parking situation plus my car smelled like pot.
Excellent Service and food was outstanding
Excellent service! The menu is pretty pricey, but the food was delicious. The only negative thing I have to say is the Brussel sprouts were only the leaves, and a little too sweet for my taste.
My wife and I visited the restaurant for our 5th wedding anniversary on 10/16/21. There was a bug in my food. I requested to speak with the manager. After about about 20 mins and 2 visits to my table from the waitress, the manager still had not come. The waitress was great prior to the bug, however never apologized for the incident and proceeded to act like it had not happened. She offered to box up the rest of the food or prepare another meal, but for obvious reasons I declined. After my second request to speak with the manager, the manager showed up with an attitude and did not introduce herself. She acted very inconvenienced by my request to speak with her. She repeatedly said that she had taken the steak off my bill. She never acknowledged the bug or the fact that it should have been totally unacceptable for a customer to have experienced a bug in their food. Her attitude was as if I was complaining about my food not being warm enough or service was taking too long (which still should not be met an attitude). I explained to her there was a bug in my food and I felt like the manager should have come out and acknowledged the incident. If for nothing else, to ensure the paying customer that this experience was not usual for the restaurant. Based on the interaction with the manager, it became clear why the restaurant is sub par and the food was served with a bug in it. I will never eat here again, not because of the bug, because of the service I received after. I will also continue writing bad reviews about my experience on every site that allows reviews for this restaurant.
This place needs work. Our experience was NOT worth the money we spent. The appetizers were mediocre at best. The entrees were good, but the sides - although presented as shareable - are small. Additionally, the service was subpar. The ambiance was subpar. The seating was subpar. The drinks were terrible. And, to add insult to injury, it was literally FREEZING in that place. We LOVE to eat out, and we will NOT return to this spot.
Love this place!
Food was amazing!
Service was awesome!
I was very disappointed. It was our Anniversary; it wasn't even acknowledged by the staff. The food was not good. Lobster mac was blan; grit and shrimp was less than average. Brussel sprouts were so dry....Terribly disappointed!
The food was bland! The mac n cheese was soupy. The green beans were too firm. The shrimp and grits was not seasoned. This is not up to par with what I see Chef Garvin cook on tv. The service was good though.
The food had no flavor and the ambiance looked like an open cafeteria. Would not recommend.
Along with visiting friends, my wife and I went to Low Country Steak for the first time. All of our dishes were well executed. I rather enjoyed the pan seared rosemary chicken. Steaks were amazing. I'm going to attempt to duplicate the brussel sprout appetizer at home. Best sprouts ever. Don't be surprised by the check. It was well worth the price.
It was our anniversary we travel from Avondale Az and meet the Chef service was Amazing definitely will be back
The food is ok. Presentation was good. Music was nice. The ambiance did not match what a typical ATL steakhouse usually offers. It was more casual than “high end”. The steak was cooked well. The Brussels were more like Brussels crisps…meaning the vegetable wasn’t whole just the leaves all separated and broiled crispy. It was a cool once over but I won’t circle back.
Service was excellent. Samantha was very attentive but not intrusive. Offered great suggestions and very knowledgeable of the menu.
