Biscuits and Preserves
Biscuits (4) and Gravy
Came in on Monday, shopped till our reservation was ready. Took many pictures outdoors as we strolled around the venue, in a car for a long time so we needed that walk. Washed up , restrooms clean and happy to see people in mask. I knew that the chicken and waffles was a must and my husband had the 2 eggs with country ham. Every item was extremely delicious and warm! Happy to taste the jam’s, so went to the store and purchased peach jam to go! Enjoyed our weekend in Nashville!
Great little stop that you need to add to your trip. Take some elastic pants 🙂
Delicious food, wonderful outdoor seating area, and friendly service!
Be sure to make a reservation as they get very busy. The food and drinks were delicious! We can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Nashville.
We had the BEST experience at the loveless cafe! We definitely will be back! Great service, great food, & just an all around awesome place. Everyone was sooo nice
Our waitress was fantastic. Celebrating an Anniversary made it special. Do recommend reservations. I’m 67 been going here since a young child with my grandparents. Fried chicken and cream corn is my favorite!
My wife and I always enjoy the Loveless experience
Amazing home style cooking!!!
Virginia our waitress was fun, enthusiastic, and friendly-she really made the experience (the food is amazing too!!). A Must-Visit when near Nashville, TN
This was my first visit to Loveless. We went with a larger group of family members. Some had been there before and some were first timers. I had heard how wonderful it was and found the rave reviews to be true. The food was amazing, especially the biscuits. I had fried chicken. Others had the pulled pork or breakfast for dinner. Everyone was happy with their meal. The service was also very good - prompt and friendly.
Super fun! Great food!
Outstanding! Biscuits and jams are the best I have ever tasted and the server was fun, friendly and energetic. The food was excellent: fresh and delicious. You get a lot of food for a great price. Highly recommend it!!
It’s worth the drive from downtown Nashville. The food was so good and best biscuits of all of Nashville.
We drove about 30 minutes to go get breakfast from Loveless even though our hotel served breakfast for free. That's how good this place is. The service is great and the food is better.
Nice friendly people!
Country Cooking and service with a smile.
First visit at the cafe while traveling through Nashville on vacation. No wait on a Friday morning. Very clean, great biscuits and jam provided, and wonderful breakfast. Friendly and quick service. Nice little shops to purchase items. Loved the history of the place. Nice drive from downtown. Really enjoyed the whole thing and don’t understand the negative reviews at all. Don’t read those and give it a try.
International Waffle Day. Celebrating one of our 52 dates during our 40th year of marriage. Our server was great.
The kids had never been to a Hard Rock, so we just had to go when in Nashville. It was great and they were adhering to COVID requirements. So that made our experience even better.
Greta service the biscuits are so awesome and the homemade jelly I had to buy some for home. Definitely will be back
A good destination place for out of towers for the experience but the food was average (except the amazing biscuits) unless we ordered the wrong thing (I had pulled pork sandwich and fried green tomatoes). Great service though.
Food was similar to Cracker Barrel. Go for the Country Cool Factor
We truly enjoyed the experience. Food was delicious with special mention to the biscuits and preserves and the macaroni and cheese. We’ll be back.
Wonderful place for food and history of Nashville. Locals like us need to take the time to get there more often.❤️
Biscuits and jam were awesome! Nashville hot chicken was very good without being too spicy. Very cute, cozy restaurant. Glad we left downtown Nashville to check out this place!
Anna the waitress was amazing. Biscuits and jelly are amazing.
A Nashville must.
The Nashville Hot chicken tenders were delicious and spicy without burning your tongue off! Every dish is large enough to split. Our server was personable and knowledgeable.
our second visit during our one week stay in Nashville, best fried chicken and biscuits overall that i have ever sunk a fork into! The peach preserves are my favorite and when not visiting the area, I order them for mail delivery! Just a must do when in Nashville area!!
Second trip in a week because the food and service are just that good. Couldn’t leave Nashville without one more biscuit with preserves, or a bit more southern cooking at its finest! Enjoyed the peanut butter cream pie at the end as well... bought some preserves to enjoy at home. Usually I order a bunch with Shelby through mail order but this time just tucked the jars into my car... until next year!!! 🥰
We loved this home cooking place! The fried chicken was the best I’ve had. My friend had the chicken fingers and said the same thing. Service was attentive and friendly. Moonshine cocktails were delicious. Following covid protocols.
Cindy was our sever and did a wonderful job!
The food was terrible. It all tasted like it was reheated and it was served cold.
Great place, first time and will definitely be back!
The biscuits were delicious, but the hot chicken was way over cooked and no one liked it. My kids enjoyed their fried chicken.
Great experience! Pleased with the COVID protocols. Food was hot and tasty. Our waiter, Owen, had the beast energy.
I had such a wonderful experience at the loveless cafe. Cindy was our server and we were immediately greeted with outstanding hospitality and kindness. I ordered the garden omelet and a fried green tomato/pimento cheese/egg biscuit. Speaking of biscuits, the bread was sooooo good. So soft and buttery, and the preserves were delicious. The omelet was so yummy, just added a bit of hot sauce on top to complete it. The biscuit with the fried soft egg was top tier, a southern delicacy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I was a little disappointed with the food this time. We haven’t been to Loveless in a while and I was pretty excited to come back. I ordered the fried chicken and it was overdone/almost burnt and very dry inside. The breading had no flavor. The biscuits and sides were good. Just upset that their staple wasn’t prepared well. Hope it was just an off day for them.
We were in town to visit family and of course eat at Loveless. As always the food was amazing. My wife loves the greens and I go for the CFS. I had the peanut butter pie and she had the chess pie both were great. Our new daughter in law had the chocolate pecan pie and hers was amazing as well
Our first visit. Quite impressed. Very nice. Service Great! Food Great! Will be back! Thanks!
