I made a reservation for 8:15 on Sunday, Nov 5 through OpenTable and was confirmed for that time. Arrived at the restaurant slightly later than the reservation time, but thought it wouldn't be too much of a problem seeing as their posted closing time on Sundays is 12am. The place was closed. Like chairs on the table, guy mopping the floor closed. 3 and a half hours before their supposed closing time. Was really looking forward to going here as my boyfriend and I are huge Lovecraft fans. Needless to say we were both quite disappointed when we got there and they had closed for the night. I don't think we'll try going again, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Lovecraftbrunch was the worst brunch experience I have had this far in life. We had a sweet and attentive waitress but that's about it. We ordered chicken n waffles and the waffles were off brand ego frozen waffles (no exaggeration) with three pathetic chicken drummies barely fried. Also the side of bacon was very scarce given it was $5 and the "truffle tots" we're just frozen tots heated up not truffle at all. This was basically a step below cafeteria food. ON TOP OF ALL THAT... This was a "pulsd" deal for $45 (worth $94) *laughs* and the restaurant demanded that they had a deal with pulse for not only paying the voucher but also paying $5 in tax and a MANDATORY 20% of the $94 NOT the $45. The entire meal probably cost 15-20 to make in their kitchen and was very low quality. Nothing but a scam and unfortunate experience. Please avoid at all cost.

Great food, reasonably priced... quirky atmosphere and good people watching if the front windows are open!

This is one of those situations where the idea is great, but the implementation is horrific. A Lovecraft themed bar should not have top 40'3 playing when you come in. It should not have terrible, hospital-meal like food. It should no have really lousy absinthe cocktails. Save your time. Save your money. You'll thank me.

I saw a deal on pulsed and the menu sounded amazing so I was super excited to try! However I was soooo disappointed! For starters the waitress who looked like hell rolled over had no idea about the details of any of the menu items but we decided on the lobster cake Benedict and the English muffin crab cake sandwich which looked just like a Benedict?? They were both so mediocre and I could barely taste lobster or crab! They were supposed to come an truffle home fries and there wasn't even a HINT of truffle!!!! Then the drinks came super slow and it was only us and another table in the restaurant. So we decided to have something sweet as a dessert and ordered the French toast which says it's stuffed with strawberry jam and comes with truffle cream cheeese, none of the above in fact!!! It's was dry wonder bread French toast which was tasteless and not stuffed with anything and did not have truffle anything on the side! We asked the waitress about it she said I don't usually work this shift and didn't know, poor answer! You work here and should be well versed in the menu items, unacceptable! Anyways she kindly offered to take it back and not charge us which I thought she should have considering the mediocre quality of food. Then before bringing the check she says, since you have a pulsed deal which I paid $40, the 20%tip is already included based on a $90 value, huh? Ok so I didn't want to be bothered with this place or this girl anymore, I paid then thought wait, the total coast of or meals was $33, then $15 each to add bottomless which would bring us to $63 before tax! So she essentially gave herself an undeserved extra tip and we basically paid for the nasty French toast! This review is real and I go to brunch weekly and have tried so many places, this will be off of my list! Do not recommend!

Orion's a deal on Pulsd. $39 for 2 entrees and unlimited drinks. (Mimosa, Bloody Mary and Bellini) What a great deal, right? Actually, not so much. The place is nice and I will say the customer service was very good. But the prices are a bit unreasonable. (Even with the deal) after paying 39 for the deal, they had 20% to every check for gratuity (no mater the size of the party) and you pay tax on what the original bill would have spend. All in all, we ended up paying over $70 in total for brunch. Not the best "deal" after all. And the food was just midiocore. I may go back again but it will just be for drinks.

The wait staff was very very slow. Personal Pizza's - bleh!!. Whatever they covered the dough with was not sauce - just terrible. Salad with Chicken was ok and so was the burger. The guy in charge - not the friendliest. He saw us waiting for a server, he was too involved with, I guess more important things than patrons. The girls behind the bar were sweet and tried hard to compensate. Nice venue for a drink or show. Forget the food
