   We were there for a bachelorette party. The ambience was perfect and our server David was amazing. The plates are advertised as tapas but I actually thought they had generous portions. The drinks are really good too. Also the polenta cake was probably the best dessert I’ve literally ever had!

   We chose Love Language based on a recommendation and internet reviews since we are not from Nashville. We made a last minute reservation and were able to get in right away. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection was small but thoughtfully curated and, most importantly, delicious. Highly recommend!

   Husband and I finally went for brunch. Thankfully he had the idea to just start with an app before ordering our mains. We got the cacio e pepe toast. There was ZERO flavor. One of the main ingredients is black pepper. There was not one speck and I had to ask for it. The soft scramble was done perfectly rot. I had two cocktails. The first one was very bitter the second—something with Zin in the name, was excellent. Super disappointing.

   Some dishes are very good, but many are just ok. Love the vibe, but it was so loud it was hard to hear people across the table. All of the pasta dishes were sold out as well which was a bummer.

   Both the service and the food were great! Our server, Lukas, was awesome! We ordered the beef tartare, the burrata, and the crispy artichokes. All were delicious. We'll be back!

    Ambience is great. Drinks were ok - the only rum drink they offered i had to return, lady Love (?) drink for a jack Daniels cocktail, which was very good. Our guests enjoyed their gin, manhattan, etc cocktails. Food was good. Reasonable small sampler plates with 2 entrees. Overall food was seasoned well. Chicken and pork (fried way too hard). Chicken was very good and tender. We supplemented with appetizers, Chocolated was shockingly tasty and suitable for 2 or 3 to share. Wait staff was very good, pleasant and efficient. Been there, done that but worth atleast 1 visit.

    Some dishes I really wanted to try were unfortunately portioned very small (when looking at Yelp, other review sites). So that was disappointing! We came with an appetite intentionally. I’ll know better for next time.

    Server kept trying to oversell to us the entire experience. He did not realize we were locals. We felt we were being taken advantage of. Will not be back.

    The atmosphere is really cool. We sat at the pizza bar by request as it’s fun to watch the chefs work. David, our waiter, was great. Very attentive and efficient. Will definitely go back.

    Came across this spot from @WhereToEatInNashville and really enjoyed it. The food was tasty (crispy artichokes, burrata, cacio e pepe, margherita pizza), and the service was great. Our waiter, David was top notch. Looking forward to stopping back another time and would definitely recommend.

    Lovely place to have dinner with those you love haha. The food was good, however I do hope they expand their menu soon to include more options. Definitely will be back to try more menu items (especially dessert). The cocktails were great as well.

    Went here for my wife’s birthday and they worked with us through changing headcount’s and made sure we got what we wanted. The server had a dessert brought out for my wife as well. The food was amazing and we loved the artwork throughout the restaurant. Will definitely go back!

    What a great vibe & the food was delicious! We had a bunch of apps(all so yummy) and then got the valentines special platter! Holy smokes! The taste of everything was amazing. My 15 year old even ate the Brussels sprouts bc they were so tasty! Great food & experience.

    Every dish was wonderful. We had 4 starters and 2 pizzas. Plenty of food for 4. The artichoke was our favorite starter and we loved the Bianca and Pepperoni pizza! Affordable and delish! Can’t wait to come back!

    Very cool to see what has been done with the space. We were not prepared for this to be a “woo girl” restaurant, and we were immediately turned off by the disorganization at the door and having to navigate a sea of rude girls to find a hostess. Our table was fine, but it was so incredibly loud with tables shrieking that we contemplated getting up and leaving. Glad we didn’t, because the food was fantastic. We chose to share several of the small plates, and out of six, there wasn’t a miss. The tartare and artichokes were especially good. Dessert was surprisingly underwhelming, neither the Italian donuts nor the chocolate cake were great. Overall, I think this one is best left to the tourists. It’s a shame, because the food and service were good, but the ambiance (or lack thereof) just can’t overcome it

    I recently started a group for people who are looking for community in Nashville. It’s called The Dinner Club, and we had our first dinner with Love Language. It was awesome, the service was great, the hosts were super accommodating to a large group, and the food was great. Thank you for being a warm inviting place while also being super cool!

    My wife and I enjoyed our meal. Started with cocktails that were incredible. Food was superb and not something I think I would've gotten anywhere else. Dessert, however, felt a little lacking comparatively. Was good but could've used more flavor. Overall very good and will return.

    Braised beef and gnocchi didn't have any gnocchi...other 2 apps were fine but nothing is making me want to go back. drinks were slow to arrive...waiter was fine but didn't anticipate our needs such as another round of drinks, napkins, red pepper flakes for the pizza. Pizza was very good but other places make good pizza, too.
