   The restaurant is relatively expensive, the public likes to yell but it certainly has some charm. The food isn't special, but the ambiance of a very energetic crowd is nice to experience.

   The service here was great and the server kept apologizing for it being her second day but she did completely amazing! The ambiance and atmosphere was upbeat but not chaotic which I enjoyed. The food and cocktails were delicious and the portions were huge. They were sweet enough to give us a free cake for our celebration.

    Honestly do not waste your time or money here unless you just want to sit at the bar for drinks. The cocktails were amazing. The food, not so much. And the service was horrible. We waited almost 20 minutes for menus once we were seated. My girlfriend ordered the eggplant and polenta and I ordered the hangar steak and fries once our server finally came around to take our order. When we finally got our food the eggplant was terrible and the polenta had not zero, but negative flavor. It wasn't even fully cooked! We do not normally send food back but the eggplant was so terrilble that we did end up sending it back. The hangar steak was so over seasoned with garlic and the fries were terribly over salted . The people at the table next to us even mentioned how bad the food was. I'll never go there again!

    The glasses and plates that were on the table were a little dirty. The restroom was also dirty and unpleasant. However, the atmosphere and the interior of the restaurant were good.

    We went for the Mother's Day buffet which was absolutely delicious. They had a pretty cool DJ there that introduced us to new music from over seas but overall was awesome vibe especially with the delicious food which took us by surprise. But the service was not as great we spent a lot of money including getting a bottle and normally when getting a bottle the server is more aware then our server was. We kept being over looked and had to refill our own glasses with the wine we got which is not preferred with bottle service. She also would pass by us and it was hard to get her attention. Aside from that everything was amazing.

    This is a restaurant on the top floor of the Santa Monica Promenade mall, inside the mall. The view and layout of the patio is beautiful. But the Sunday Brunch was a buffet, which was down the stairs (at least 6 stair steps) and into a tight side room. The food did not look appetizing but was actually very good. Because the room was so crowded, the food was also crowded so the buffet display did not show as nice as other more roomy buffets. There was a delicious chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries and little churros and other fruits to dip, but on a small table, did not show well. Difficult to maneuver in the small space full of food. The patio had a small dance floor in the middle, surrounded by the tables, with a disc jockey playing hip hop and other contemporary music, by request. Many people danced. If you want a quiet Sunday Brunch, this is not it. If you want to see rambunctious, mostly women, dancing while you eat, with upbeat music, this is fun an interesting. I would recommend for at least one time. We probably won't be back.

    I really wanted to love this place. I loved the design. I loved the DJ and the atmosphere. The food selection and quality were terrible. We come for brunch on Saturday and it was buffet style. I felt like I was eating at a friend’s house. The buffet was in a little room off to the side, not laid out very well and the food selection was so random. The buffet lunch was $59 and did not come with anything to drink. When I asked the waiter for a cafe au lait he said they only had espresso or americano which is basically regular coffee. He didn’t have cream. Only milk and almond milk. The food was terrible. This place is darling. Take away the buffet and serve some good quality French food. Please!!! And get a good coffee machine and some different creamers.

    Awful! We were ignored for 20 minutes. The server attended tables that were seated after our arrival. In the end we left disappointed and upset at how we were treated.     This is the best joint in LA! Is he DJ & Saxophonist is off the joint. The food is amazing. The entertainment is too notch. I’m so glad I found this on IG. This will be our summer spot. The owner came to our table as well. Love this.

    We waited over an hour for food. The food looked good but did not taste great. The waitress disappeared and we only saw her to take our order - refill a drink and give us the bill. The music was loud and the staff looked overwhelmed. I have been there at lunch time and it was better. I will not be going back-

    We had a blast! The buffet was worth more than the asking price. The atmosphere and decor was stellar. It felt like we left Santa Monica and partied on our own little island. Our waitress MC’d and stayed on top of her tables! The DJ played a great mix of music! They gave us free tequila shots and roses! If you’re in the LA area you HAVE TO go to Lou Lou! 10/10!

    The best part was the DJ/music. I knew the moment our server took 20mins to bring us water we would have a problem. Our server was negligent, slow, inexperienced, and didn’t know anything about the menu. Not once did she ask if we needed anything l, how our food was, asked us for refills on cocktails etc. We asked to split the bill 5 ways, and she managed to mess that up too. Luckily my friend checked her bank account before we left, & found she was charged more than everyone else, in fact we were all charged something different. It took them 20 mins to bring salt/pepper, and they brought out dessert without clearing our table first, we had to pile the dishes/empty glasses to the side. I asked to speak to the manager & his response was “she’s new” no I’m sorry for what happened or how can I make this better, he had the nerve to tell me “I would’ve given you a discount, but you don’t have manners” I was being calm the entire time until he said that. This place is not worth the hype, that have no customer service & it really seems they don’t value their guests. If I’m spending $600+ on dinner, I expect to at least have a server come to our table more than once, not just to take my order.

    Despite having made reservations and there being plenty of open tables, we were seated at one of the lounge areas that was very uncomfortable for dinner. We asked our host if we could sit at one of the regular tables but she insisted that they were fully booked and did not have a table for four but then proceeded to seat another party of four that arrived 20 minutes after we had rearranging a table to accommodate. Our server was nice but the food quality and taste quite underwhelming. I don’t think we’ll ever return. Plenty of better options at the mall.

    My party of two had the pleasure of having Antonio serve us. He was very attentive and has great customer service skills. The ambiance in the entire place was beautiful, the brunch buffet was delicious & had so many food choices, friendly staff, clean rest rooms, live music, and just an overall vibe. 10/10 highly recommend!

    They had a great brunch menu but they’re trying out this new buffet brunch and the food isn’t good at all and is not worth it. So many of the brunch menu items are not available in the buffet and the food is t fresh and warm tasted old and dried out. Won’t return until they go back to their regular menu.
