   After telling my son about the enjoyable time my cousin and I had at LouLou's during our monthly restaurant outing, he generously offered to treat me to a Mother's Day lunch there. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. Despite our reservation, we had to wait and were then seated at the bar, a seating arrangement we hadn't expected or requested. We weren't given the option of a table, and although the hostess said she'd move us when one opened up, we remained at the bar throughout our meal. We ordered drinks and tried the buffet, having missed breakfast, but the food was uninspired. The Tiramisu, in particular, was mostly whipped cream. While the bartenders were friendly, we still wished we'd been seated at a table. To add to the frustration, our credit card and ID weren't returned with the check. It seemed LouLou's caters primarily to larger groups with bottle service, leaving smaller parties like ours feeling overlooked. My Margarita was also disappointing, diluted by an excessive amount of ice. In short, the entire experience fell far short of expectations.

   8 people, great service. Each of us had a different entree, everyone loved their dish. Parking on 5th floor off Colorado entrance to mall parking structure.

   A little loud but other than that, the staff, the ambience, the food was all amazing

   LouLou is such an undiscovered gem! This restaurant gives off perfect “Miami” vibes! The ambiance and decor is Tulum themed and super similar to Mila or Casa Neos in Miami or Juniper’s Garden in LA. Live DJ with loud dancey house/pop music makes it feel like the perfect dinner party. Just wish is continued into a club at the end. Food was pretty good too and service was friendly.

   Was a fun brunch and although the service was good, it was overly attentive, and I had a bottle of sparkling water and the bus boy topped it off with tap a $9 glass of tap. But otherwise it was interactive and the food spread was just the right amount of flavor and variety. They charged an extra 4% on the bill but I really don’t know why, I’d pay it again though.

   I am writing to share my experience from my recent visit to your restaurant on April 19, 2025. Upon arrival with a reservation, we were not greeted or asked about it, but we were seated at a couch table, which was fine. Our server was pleasant and very nice but mentioned she was new. We ordered an appetizer, which arrived before our drinks. When the server returned to take our dinner order, we ordered several dishes. The baked goat cheese was okay, but not great. The escargot was overcooked and lacked flavor. The grilled octopus lacked char marks, the red pepper sauce was excessively salty, and the addition of avocado to the dish was odd. The harp player was a nice touch but was incredibly loud. Stephane, the busboy, was professional and attentive, and we appreciated the frequent water refills. Our next round of drinks took a considerable amount of time to arrive, and our dinner was served before they did. The Bolognese was the only edible dish, featuring nice pappardelle pasta and a flavorful sauce. The duck was dry and over-salted, and the mussels were overwhelmingly salty and garlicky. To our surprise, we were informed that it was last call for drinks at 8:11 PM. Overall, the experience was disappointing. While I don't fault our server for being new, the manager seemed disengaged and did not assist the staff. The bartender also appeared disinterested from the moment we arrived. With my nearly 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I understand the challenges of running a business. However, your restaurant falls short in terms of food quality and hospitality, despite the beautiful ambiance.

   This Was a very cute and chic restaurant, looked more like Tulum it was Pretty the food great! And as well great Specials as well.

   This was our first time at Lu Lou and it was a good experience. The only thing I didn’t like was the music level way too high. I can’t even talk to your friend that is sitting next to you. It was more like a club atmosphere when it comes to that the food was great the service was great, but honestly, I’m not sure that I would go back. It was a great experience one time.
