Menu
The hotel did a great job of providing a quality in-room dining experience, despite the restaurant being closed. We actually greatly enjoyed being able to dine in without having to get dressed up. The menu was very limited, and neither one of us were blown away by our meals, but they were enjoyable, fresh and same high-quality ingredients and presentation as restaurant dining expectations. The service was fabulous! A little disappointed that they charged $5 delivery fee every time we ordered something, even though there was no in-restaurant option. We were unclear on what that charge went to, so we always tipped on top of that charge. All in all, it was a great dining experience and we look forward to a in-restaurant meal when it's open again!

First time at Louix Louis and it was a great experience. Food was unique with their pairings and cocktails were tasty. I went for my friends birthday and of course ordered the kings slice. The cake is massive and can feed a lot more than the 2 of us. Our server was kind and informative. I would come back for their cocktails and an evening lounging. Also, felt safe as all staff were wearing masks and keeping distance!
Stunning ambience, service was rushed. Poor timing between courses. Great food quality.
Our server was very awkward when conversing and made us feel uncomfortable, also would feel water at uncalled for moments like when we just took a sip and put the glass down she went to pour a little in.
Overall the st. regis and louix louis was beautiful. Food was okay with very small portions and not many options.

My friend and I were really excited to come to Louix Louis based on its reputation. But were a little disappointed by our initial experience. I booked a table but upon arrival was asked whether I preferred bar or a table. As we were only intending on getting drinks and desserts we decided to go to the bar. However after viewing their wonderful menu we quickly decided we wanted a table for the full experience over dinner. I immediately went to ask the hostess if we could switch to a table to enjoy some food. She said all the tables were full...even though I had originally booked a reservation for a table and had only just got there. I was a little confused and was directed back to the bar. I cant help but feel I was lied to and they decided I didn't deserve a table.
Overall lovely place but being lied to did not sit well with myself or my friend.

The worst service I have ever had, took 40 minutes until we where able to place a food order. We felt like we where bothering the staff by trying to place an order.
Price is too high for the quality of food, trout was dry.

Wouldn’t recommend, birthday occasion, room was dark , we had dinner a few waiter came to us with wrong orders for other tables multiple time. Food was ok , service could have been way better
Disappointed and they don’t give you a cake for birthday complimentary.

Kahran was our server and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we ordered and needed and he was very efficient, attentive and professional and very friendly and genuine. He made the dining experience that much more amazing. The food was great and the ambience was perfect.

I had the smoked salmon avocado toast. It was really hard to cut through the bread with the knife provided. Not sure if it's the knife or the bread/toast.

The whole experience was incredible. The ambiance sends you to a popular bar in New York in the 20s or 30s. The Whole Organic Truffle Chicken was amazing, matched with truffle fries, impeccable. The cocktails were well-thought out and strong. The midnight tea blossom cheesecake was also amazing. Loved it and can't wait to come back.

My girlfriend was there before and the pork belly was not the same. Less crispy and I believe was bland. Had the beet salad and had better ones for less the price. The wagyu burger was tasty but the flavor was not consistent throughout. This place looks great from social media but overrated.
