   We dine at lagniappe every time we go to Orange Beach 3-4/year. We have never had less than an excellent meal/experience. The they are one of the few restaurants that take reservations is a bonus. We will be back in May and June. You can dine on excellent fair for the same as burgers and fried at other popular spots.

    Food was excellent however, Red Snapper was substituted for grouper on all dishes that night. On placing our order for grouper dishes, she explained that grouper was not available. Red snapper would be substituted. Red snapper is excellent but the price per pound and quality is not equivalent to grouper. Hostess had our reservation information that also listed it was for a 50th birthday message on OpenTable . They accommodated us for the seating we requested.. There no acknowledgment by wait staff concerning the 50th celebration. The water server came to our table a little, too much with refill in half full glasses. Overall placed, we will return .

    One of our favorites…impeccable service, delicious food, a real treat. I had blackened grouper… delicious, topped with generous helping of lobster! Spouse had grouper Pontrachrain, likewise topped with generous helping of lobster.

    My wife and I visited the Louisiana Lagniappe in Orange Beach, AL on February 27th 2023 for our 35th wedding anniversary. It was our first visit to this restaurant and we would highly recommend it. We chose this restaurant because while reading their menu on Their website we wanted to try one of everything. We had asked for a table with a view when we made the reservation and they gave us a great window location. The service was excellent. Tia was our waitress and she really made it a memorable experience for us. The Oysters Lagniappe is a fantastic appetizer. If you like Grouper they have many excellent choices and they all sound delicious. We chose the Blackened Grouper and the Chef special, Grouper En Papillote. If you like good bourbon order the Big Easy Old Fashioned… you won’t be disappointed. We're only in town a few more days but we hope to stop there one more time before we leave.

    Wonderful place to enjoy cocktails and dinner. Beautiful ambiance throughout. Professional yet friendly servers at bar and dining room. Friendly greeting when entering. Eggplant Orleans and Pecan Crusted Grouper with sides and salads were wonderfully prepared and presented. Both entrees were ydelicious.
