   This place is popular; my review may not be, but I think it’s fair. This was my first time since I went twice when the place was open only a month. Back then, my first, appetizer only experience, was good. Fun atmosphere, good pizza and charcuterie. The second time began well, with appetizers, but the main courses saw all 4 of us returning our (spit it out of your mouth) bad food, and leaving. It’s better. Last night I shared a genuinely good, lemony Caeser salad, crusty bread, and had a decent, though not excellent, carbonara. My friend had the angel hair pasta with calamari in a tomato sauce and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was polite but it was a long delay between salad and entree. Which brings us to the atmosphere. This is not just a noisy restaurant. This is a cacophony of dueling bachelorette parties. Tables full of noisy people, screaming over one another. I saw few people actually on dates, which makes sense since normal conversation is impossible. This was a Monday, so God bless them for being packed and happy. For me, it’s just an unpleasant place to go to actually have dinner. But the food has improved a lot.

   I Ordered the French toast and bacon. Both orders were cold. Not warm, cold. We asked for a to go box for my wife’s salad. A flimsy cardboard container was provided and not assembled. The standards have slipped and we have been going there for ten years. Time to find another brunch location. Tm

    Service was amazing! Our waitress knew the menu like the back of her hand. Answered all our questions and was very honest when we would ask her what to choose from! I wish I remembered her name-she had piercings all up and down her ear! She was phenomenal! She even suggested night bars to go to which helped us enjoy the rest of our date night as well! The food was so good! I’m from the Chicagoland area and louie bossi restaurant met our expectations!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

    I requested patio outside and was not honored for my daughters birthday, hostess was not very accommodating. Seemed like they wanted to rush us out saying we only had 2 hours. Pasta was not good at all, not al dente, dry, no flavor. Cheese order was minimum for the price. Not good value. Pizza was decent. Service was very nice.

    I made a reservation and specified an indoor table. We were seated outside and the fan above us was broke. the heat was unbearable and we suffered through our meal. The waiter was great and very friendly. At the end of our meal we visited the hostess and explained the situation and she was very rude. Overall the food was great and the waiter was very helpful, but everything else was disappointing.

    Amazing food and drinks, you get what you pay for every time. The only complaint I have is that I requested to sit outside in the garden, they seated us in the furthest corner and there were many termites and bugs flying around us for the first half of our dinner.

    The roast duck with arugula special was soo enjoyed! The snapper with delicious artichokes was wonderful as was the smoked salmon with eggs. Our mushroom truffle pizza appetizer and aperol spritzes was the perfect beginning to our perfect meal!

    The last two visits were horrible. As the years go by the service and overall quality has declined. The waiter Nicholas was harrasing us to order everything at once. Seemed to want us in an out. Gave us our apetizers and asked again about the entrees. Asked a total of 5 times until I got upset and asked if we can eat our apetizers in peace. We even had to ask for bread.     Walked in with my family of 8 (4 adults-4 children-7-6-3-1 years old) and was told our reservation was for 6. Because we didn’t include the 2 younger children the server couldn’t give us our table. We immediately pointed out there’s a table for 8 in the front patio and it wasn’t that busy…they reluctantly gave us the table. From the beginning the vibe was off. Our server must have had a bad day because she wasn’t very friendly. We ate quickly and left. Ive been coming to FLL 3 times a year for the last decade and a few years ago we began to skip Our usual Louie Bossi visit. Now I remember why we stopped coming. The staff is either overworked and underpaid or just so busy they don’t appreciate their customers. Save your money and go somewhere else. Over rated and over priced.
