We had a very nice time. We arrived early for our reservation and were still able to be seated promptly. Our server was great and didn’t rush us.

We made a last minute reservations for a group of 8 that included a 12 yo with severe Celiac Disease. Lou’s takes this very seriously and had everything handled wonderfully. The Gluten Free pizza was great and everything else was really good as well. Combined with excellent service and it made for a nice early dinner with family in from out of town.

Our server was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious and came out after 30 minutes as promised!

Overall great food, took one of my friends from out of town to experience deep dish for the first time and it was great. One comment. The waitress did not know how many wings each of the sizes had. She referred to them as a pound or half a pound of wings. When asked roughly how many she says “Oh definitely the half a pound is smaller than a pound” (?????) and she did not know, not even a rough estimate. Guys come on… 😂 I’ve never encountered this. I will definitely come back but train your staff to answer these simple questions!
