It seemed that they were a bit understaffed. The food took a very long time to come out, including the appetizer. Also, there was only one waitress on the floor, which caused the delay in getting refills, as well as letting her know there was an issue with our order. I’m hoping that maybe it was just a one off and they were having a rough day maybe a couple people called out.

My Husband and I dined on a Saturday evening and were seated right away. The room is open and acoustics did make it a bit noisy at times but very tolerable. There are tables that are in a different area that would be a quieter dine. The food is excellant, the pizzas are freshly prepared and do take time to cook but the appetizers are a great start while waiting. This is a great family restaurant with excellent pizzas and are made to your choices of crusts and toppings. Definitely will go again.

Service was excellent. Refills without asking for them, plates and dishes cleared to free up table space. The food was very good. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to go to. Others at the table had the crustless pizza and really enjoyed it.

Flew in from Arizona wanting Chicago pizza with my family. The server didn’t know what they had in stock due to a new menu coming a few days later. We got mozzarella sticks that were still cold and stuffed pizza looked sad and short. It didn’t even fill the pan they left at the table. Don’t suggest dinning here even the pizza wasn’t even hot with stringy cheese when being served like it’s supposed to be.

Our server was very helpful and took good care of us. The pizza is consistent and delicious. Is a nice treat for us to have. The crust on the deep dish is amazing.

The cheddar cubes were great & so was the salad. Found the deep dish to lack flavor. Crust was good. Great price for a family of 3!

Waitress good, food was what we expect. The Lou’s Salad dressing makes the salad. Got the deep-dish with garlic & spinach mix. A little charred/burnt on top of one slice. Quiet crowd last night. Overall an enjoyable meal.
