    Thank you for making me feel like I was back in Chicago !!! It was a pleasure meeting James and finding out we lived in the same neighborhood in Chicago.That made my heart so happy. I couldn’t have asked for anything better than that.The service was exceptional, The pizza was cooked to perfection.

    This location was my 2nd in the Phoenix metroplex and I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service and food quality. My family and I were there relatively early for dining it seemed as the restaurant was still quiet. The atmosphere was great, as was our service, and the food was excellent. I can't wait to make another visit!

    The server we had was great…the food mediocre not what I had anticipated at all. Probably won’t be back.

    On Saturday I made a reservation for dinner at Lou Malnati's for Easter Sunday. When we arrived the restaurant was CLOSED.

    Great lunch reconnecting with friends! Lou Salad was exceptional as always. Was disappointed that Italian beef bites were not available.

    Made a standard reservation and host asked if we could sit in the bar, keep in mind the restaurant is not busy, but she continues to argue then goes to talk to someone. Overall service was slow and food wasn’t that great. Better off going to Dough Bird.
