We had a 6 pm reservation and arrived at 6:10 and then were told that they held tables for 10 minutes so they had given it away even though we arrived within that timeframe. It probably wouldn't have been the biggest deal, just the attitude of the hostess was dismissive. We did get a table within 20 minutes of arriving though and the place was packed. This location is small and VERY loud. The server was very sweet. It just took a long time for him to get to us, but once he did, the timing of the food was reasonable.

Our reservation was at 6. We got table and order food around 10 minutes after. At least kids got there food 30 minutes later as we got our around 7:15. I understand it’s busy but hour late? It’s not the best pizza I ate, very slow service as they don’t care about customers. People wait outside. Tables were empty but they don’t bring anyone in. May be it’s famous, but I don’t recommend this place.

Foood was excellent. Just don’t listen to the amount of pple it says each size feeds - it was easily 1-2 more than that so we over ordered. It was all delicous though

I told them it was my birthday in the reservation and yet they brought dessert out, no candles. I had to ask. Otherwise it was great.

We arrived 15 minutes late and our reservation was already canceled, even though I texted ahead through the OpenTable app. They reinstated our reservation so we only had to wait 10 minutes or so. But honestly, the food is just okay and the atmosphere is lousy. I’ll try another deep dish option next time.

Decent deep dish pizza. Efficient - they ask you to pre order while you are waiting for your table since the pies take a while to cook. We were expecting a seasoned sauce on top similar to other places that have deep dish, but it was a tad bland (just tasted like crushed tomatoes no seasoning). They are busy, so recommend getting a reservation.

Lou's is always a great choice for amazing pies, salad, and appetizers for 2 or 10. Highly recommend and very family friendly. Service was amazing, everything was fresh, hot and delicious.
