   Once we were sat at our table, we couldn’t get attention from our server the entire night. The pizza probably would have been great if served to us when it was hot, but it came cold. Probably because the server forgot we existed. I won’t be back.

   Pizza es fantástica, el ambiente es poco atractivo pero vale la pena. El servicio es casual.

   Went on a week night and had a great experience. Was able to make a same day reservation and based on the recommendation I received through open table from the restaurant, pre ordered our pizzas. Once we were seated our pizzas arrived within 15-20 minutes. And our salad and drinks arrived very quickly after we ordered. Was worried about the wait times that I read about in other reviews. But our experience was great. Good food, good service, good option for Chicago deep dish!

   Service was incredibly slow. Was prompted to order pizza ahead, so we did. Our server had no idea what we were talking about.

   Best Lou’s pizza in town! We loved it. And the staff was very courteous.

   Everyone is very nice and the waiter did tell us it would be about 30-40 min for the pizza which I appreciate. However we ended up waiting 50 min which would totally be fine but then they gave us the wrong pizza. It had pepperoni and I don’t eat meat so I couldn’t eat it. We were gonna mention it when they asked how things were going but no one ever asked us. We also had a five year old that was ready for bed so we had to go. The food we did have was ok but honestly not great. Overall a little disappointing.

   It seems the crust on the deep dish pies has declined in quality in recent years. The sausage is still very good. I may have to seek out another deep dish pizza place next time I’m in town. I’ve been a fan of Malnati’s since the 1980s.

    Have had good experiences in the past but not this time. Had a reservation and pre ordered our pizza as requested. We arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes for a table and then another 30 for our pre ordered pizza once we were seated. When we got the pizza it was cold. So cold we could hold the pan in our hands. It must have just been sitting there as we waited. Very disappointing.
