   We had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor the attendant seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. On top of that, our pizza arrived very late, adding to the overall frustration. We expected a much better standard of service.

   Lou Malnati has the best deep dish pizza in Chicago. I speak from experience having lived here most of my life. We had a regular sized  salad, not the family size, and it was more than enough for three people. We liked the salad dressing so much that we bought a bottle to take home. We had the Lou veggie special which was two pieces of delicious pizza each for three people. We are not big eaters and ate one piece each and took home the rest. The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive. Also, the restaurant itself is nicely decorated with jerseys from sports stars of Chicago.

   Pretty good quality for what you’d expect. The wait times are typical, but can be a little rough. Bar staff is very helpful and attentive.

   Once we were sat at our table, we couldn’t get attention from our server the entire night. The pizza probably would have been great if served to us when it was hot, but it came cold. Probably because the server forgot we existed. I won’t be back.

   Pizza es fantástica, el ambiente es poco atractivo pero vale la pena. El servicio es casual.

   Went on a week night and had a great experience. Was able to make a same day reservation and based on the recommendation I received through open table from the restaurant, pre ordered our pizzas. Once we were seated our pizzas arrived within 15-20 minutes. And our salad and drinks arrived very quickly after we ordered. Was worried about the wait times that I read about in other reviews. But our experience was great. Good food, good service, good option for Chicago deep dish!

   Service was incredibly slow. Was prompted to order pizza ahead, so we did. Our server had no idea what we were talking about.
