We went there as it was rated highly for deep dish pizza. We had nice server and ok ambiance but pizza, including all toppings, cheese and crust were fairly tasteless. Red wine vinaigrette on house salad also tasteless. My wife agreed.

I realize silly 1st time going to actual restaurant vs. ordering online for home. Very impressed, neat interior at restaurant and Denise, our waitress, did an incredible job. I guess important to state that the pizza was absolutely delicious.

Was asked by OpenTable to “pre-order” pizza by texting restaurant to avoid long waits for food. Knowing deep dish can take upwards of an hour, I preordered the pizza as they requested. When I arrived for my reservation, it took 15 minutes before we got sat (table of 2), despite the fact we had a reservation. When we were sat the server noted that we had preordered and asked if we would like to add anything else. So we ordered a three cheese bread appetizer. It took a full 53 minutes before that cheese bread arrived and when it did, it was ice cold. We were so hungry by then, we ate it despite the temp. It then took another 30 minutes before our pizza came out. All in all, despite “pre ordering” to expedite service, we still waited almost an hour for cold bread with cheese on it and we waited almost an hour and a half to get our preordered pizza. Staff was friendly and kind but the overall experience was not good.
